Everything was clean and comfortable.

Your breakfast. I couldn't get any fruit. My family watched a couple, clean out your food. Putting cereals, fruit into bags and cooler they were carrying. Your girl came our seen all was empty, and refilled the food. They waited for her to leave and cleaned all the food out again. When I came out to leave, your kitchen girl was in the lobby on her phone. Instead of watching the breakfast area, she's out in the lobby, while your being robbed. No wonder the room rate is expensive.

Bed was comfortable. Room was very big and spacious.

The elevator made a very unsettling noise going up or down. Very scary. Breakfast selection was just bad. Juice machine was broke Entrance to the hotel was very narrow. Outdoor pool looked dirty the whole stay. Hallway carpet had a slightly wet / old smell. Hot water had to be cut for 5 hours during the stay.

It was clean the staff, courteous and professional bed was comfortable in the room, quiet I arrived late and had to check in after 2 AM and they accommodated me well. The breakfast was good.

I chosen this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle. I didn’t think that that meant they only went to one airport unfortunately, the airport they did go to not the one I needed to go to the one I needed to go to Dallas Love field. So I had to pay for a Lyft.

The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. There is ample parking and a relatively good breakfast. There was also a swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with fridge/microwave, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. All these amenities are very useful and highly appreciated! The location is very quiet and the bed was big and very comfortable. The shower was also good, plenty of water pressure and good quality of amenities.

I found the hotel quite pricey. The swimming pool and the breakfast were taken over by the many children of the rest of the guests. It was too crowded to use the pool and the next morning during breakfast it was the same for the waffle maker. This is not a problem of the hotel per se, but good to know in case someone wants to make more use of these services. Our room was located on the one side of the hotel while the only lift was located on the very other side. We many times opted for the stairs, there's only one floor in the hotel. Useful to know for people with reduced mobility. However the lift was quick and always available.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many stores around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really good!! I would definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Only thing that I didn’t really like would be the fact that the hallways are very long and there’s only one elevator on one end. So if you’re room is at one end of the hallway, you’re going to have to walk to the other side to use the elevator.

Hotel was neat. Great neighborhood

Bad policy on late checkout. This is a hotel close to the airport and flights get moved time to time. They should allow late checkouts without charge till 3pm and half day till 6. Sad part is staff behaved like robots reading out policies and blatantly refused saying who I could escalate to

The breakfast was good and hot.

There was no working ice machine. I was charged a deposit and told It would be refunded and still waiting for my refund. I only stayed 1 night. I hate to feel as though this establishment is stealing from its clients. But its been a week since my stay. It was charged within seconds. But never refunded. Help me understand please.

- nice comfortable beds - good hotel room size - friendly hotel staff. I asked how to put on the heating machine and they helped us kindly. - breakfast is basic but fills your stomach - they offered free shuttle which was kind

- it is not that good located since you still have to walk several minutes to the next train station - free shuttle is only until 3pm

Room was a good size

We chose this hotel because they offered airport shuttle. We had to catch an 8:00 am flight and we couldn’t use the shuttle because they don’t offer it before 7 am. If your flight is before 10:30 am then you can’t really use the shuttle service. Breakfast should start at little earlier.

Location! Room over all was good.

When we checked it the room smelled humid. The shower was old which made it look dirty! The bathtub specifically The elevator made a loud noise when going down. It was scary.
