The rooms are nice and clean! There was a walk in shower so that was a nice addition. Very close to a lot of restaurants and stores which was convenient, also down the street from Katy mills mall. The bed was comfy.

Saw one little roach but it was literally on the last day of the stay. There’s some spacing under the doors so that could’ve just been how it got in. Other than that no real problems. Some lady staying at the same time we did was asking for her money back from the front desk because she said some naked man tried to get into her room so that was alarming lol but our stay was safe (not sure if it just depends on what floor you’re on, we were on the first).

My bed was so comfy, I loved the pillows. I liked the breakfast too and my room.Location is excellent, a lot nearby.

I did not like that the room does not have a mirror in the bedroom area to make it easier to get dressed. There is only the bathroom mirror. I also was hoping the shower would have a handheld attachment. this is a need for some disabilities, as I have.

found 1or 2 roaches, the vending machine was broken down. the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good.

at first, I had a hard time to manage the tv and the towels was a little rough and they didn't have a vending where you could buy snacks or drinks, had to go outside

Everything was clean and and the lady the works the kitchen is very warm and welcome very one in. She does her best to make sure u great on it stay..

They young lady that works evenings is very rude and says she don't care how u feel her parents are the owners..

I would recommend and he wants to stop looking for a clean hotel with breakfast great location plenty of shopping and grocery HEB and more

Quietness Location

Room service could definitely used more attention but to be fair we were there the times lady tried to come in. She only came back once in 4 days we were there even tho we made it obvious plus said hi to make sure she knew we were stepping out. Besides that pretty good for the price.

Clean,cozy and the breakfast was decent...it was just white and plain but at least Clean

TV didn't work and they gave us a remote but that didn't work. They should have coupons for the nearby attractions

Great room for the cost - a little spartan - No lamps in the room but neat and clean. Parking lot was very well lit and plenty of parking even at 11:00 PM.

More lighting options in the room, a TV channel guide and softer towels.

This was the cheapest room in town. My room was spotless, the bed was comfy and had good water pressure. I also used the laundry machines, which were located on the 1st floor.10/10 would stay there again.

Very clean rooms and safe location.

The staff always questioning as if someone is trying to get over on them. I know some things are necessary but when a woman and her kids come to eat breakfast I shouldn’t have been questioned the way I was about which room I was in and all that…as if we just walked in the lobby in our pjs off the streets to eat their breakfast…very uncomfortable feeling honestly.
