Location was okay, staff was pleasant to work with and helped out with a TV issue.

Lack of hot food for breakfast, some bugs on the floor in the room, hard mattress, and hot room when we came in.

They gave a room with a bed size twin, Wich I had order a King size bed

The manager was was very, very nice, understanding and professional. The house keeper made many excuses as to why the room wasn’t clean upon our arrival. The sheets were dirty, stained and full of hairs when I pulled the covers back. Eww so gross. The frig had so much hair in it ,I was like wait what. I couldn’t believe my eyes. All I have to say is thank God that I travel with my own cleaning supplies and linen. I would recommend this hotel. Oh there were also people hanging out that looked like they needed much prayer.

Nothing our bags got stolen because of staff not allowing us to keep out things on the hotel grounds itself

The faculty here sucks big time

She truly spoiled the experience, bcause I became so nervous and shut down, that a migraine came on immediately. She offered the couple a towel yet not myself.

The woman at front desk told the guest that was going to pay cash for the room, that he would have a better rate had i not booked w booking. I only did so because we were under extreme weather. My card has been hacked, new id not rcvd, so the other couple was going to use theirs. I tried getting my app pw , she kept pressing for my id, while I tried cancel for friend to get better rate. I told her I had rcpt for new DL, only old one in hand, which I gave i handed to her. Then she tried charging my CC which I told her was off due to being hacked, then tried to then extra charge the couple paying cash and would not take id, his had been stolen. It was extremely embarrassing. Even in extreme weather lightning wind, My friends husband even tried to fix a fallen fence. I have gone through enough, I am disabled and she told me next morning as I tried to apologize for her misunderstanding my concern. She began screaming at me, NO, You were very rude, I was going to rent the room to him anyway. You were Nothing but Exremely Rude. I suppose because I called her out on overcharging the booking.com+ deposit + an extra unwritten fee. He just wanted me to stay still, She was so profoundly unprofessional. I used booking.com for many months during late 2018 and upto May 2019. I want my card removed from the system, I do not trust her because she screamed out in front of other clients my card was declined. Although she knew the couple was to pay cash and she was giving him a better rate. Come to find out he did not have his Id on him for it had been stolen. I am still shaking and due to my disability these incidences take me days to recover due to my PTSD among other ADA diagnosis and Neuro Spinal Injury.

Everything, I don’t even know how this ended up on booking or with Wyndham as part of its name. I was unable to take a shower, brush my teeth in the sink ( water didn’t work), hair left in the shower. Broken piece of plastic on the floor, my key stopped working several times, I was told there is no breakfast when there was. We were locked out of our room for an hour and a half because the owner decided to leave and lock the front door behind her. Something weird is going on here because the hotel was a complete piece of shit but the owner has a brand new BMV!!! Let’s top it off with the fact that they opened the door on the day of checkout at like 7:30 am waking up my husband. This was a horrible experience and I will be calling to get some type of refund. I booked a hotel so I could get a good night rest for the trip from Florida to Texas and back. Instead I woke up this morning with a crook in my neck! This was the worst part of my trip I hated it!!!

Nothing was old dirty towels were rags, it was appalling , noisy , walls damaged , door wasn't secure . Room smelled .
