The location is great. The rooms were clean. The bed was soft. Shower stayed hot... There is food and drinks everywhere. Later in the evening, multiple bars are open until 2! We are talking maybe 3 blocks or so. Of course, the amusement park is there, and oftentimes there are live bands. The view from the room was great. I could see the stage, the massive courtyard with its fountains coming out of the ground. The train went by every 8 minutes, or so! The place is lushly landscaped. A wonderful staycation only 5 miles from home!

Our balcony door could have shut better. The music was a bit loud, but was over by 8:00.

The hot tub was fantastic for the colder weather. The view with the balcony was amazing. The staff upgraded our room for a better view due to low capacity, so that was very nice. Kemah Boardwalk as a whole was pretty much shutdown for the season (visited mid January), the roller coaster was down and some restaurants are closing down for good. Overall, we have a good time at the Boardwalk, but the room price should reflect the off season feel.

The price of the room is more expensive than could be for "off season".

Location is excellent and easy to get around. Hotel has a parking lot. Room is spacier and clean. Love the balcony. It is next to the canal so you can see the water. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff exceeds expectation and even remember our room number.

We were there during spring break and the midway is next to the hotel. Band was playing music until 11 p.m. Visitors were visiting the midway until late at night. Could not sleep the first night. Hotel staff was nice and offered a full refund if we wished to leave. But it was 5 p.m. and the kid was tried so we stayed. Second night was better, but we still had to wait until 10 p.m. when things quieted down.

Very clean, comfy. Especially liked that the parking garage was attached to the Inn. Just a few steps from garage and you’re in hallway leading to lobby. Surrounded by nice selection of restaurants.

A little loud at night due to activities in courtyard area in front of Inn, but it stopped promptly at 10pm so not really a concern. Kinda fun to watch the activities from the balcony.

the hotel and location was excellent. free parking and easy walkable access to all the locations in Keham.

your site listed a king suite which is what i paid for. but the hotel said there was a problem and they could only offer me a junior suite. since i booked it through your website, they could not refund the difference. they have requested a refund to me that you will process. We will see how long that takes.

My sister and I lived the view and we especially appreciated how considerate the Kemah Boardwalk is. Our room is located right in front of the plaza where a band plays & we were a bit worried they would keep playing into the night, but they didn't. They had a hard stop at 10pm. We were so pleased at how peaceful & quiet it was and that we were able to get restful sleep. The location is excellent! I was able to get some Starbucks for breakfast super close by. Loved staying here. Will definitely come back with my husband.

Don't really have anything negative to say here.

We liked the use of the pool. We liked the flexibility of the staff and the grille. We liked sitting on the balcony.

We didn’t like the table having crusty feel to it. We had to clean it. There was a tear in the ottoman cushion. The bed skirt wasn’t straight and there was a small stain on the upper top sheet. Then after the fire alarm went off due to the storm, the toilet handle broke. We were unable to flush the toilet. My husband had to manually flush the toilet by opening the tank.

Very nice, lot’s of things to and do. Very good selection of restaurants to choose from.

My wife is not able to walk long distances or climb up and down stairs. We did not see any elevators that would allow you to go below the second level to access the ground level and plaza area of the inn.

Great location and very comfy bed. Staff very sweet and welcoming. Ice machine. Walking distance to everything. Would love to return with my grandkids.

Parking is free which is great… just tricky to find the entrance hotel if you don’t know to go to the second floor of the parking lot. Now we know do no problem in the future!

I loved how close we were to the boardwalk. The pool and hot tub were excellent! Parking was so nice in the garage and so close to the front desk. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Ok so I know that smoking isn’t popular now a days, and I understand no smoking in the room it’s self. I don’t even smoke in my own house, but to spend $250 dollars for a room with a balcony, and I couldn’t even step out there to smoke?🤷‍♂️. They don’t allow coolers because they say that the room comes with a mini fridge. Well mini is the key word! It was VERY small, and all rooms aren’t furnished with a microwave!! Hell I’ve stayed at some very cheap hotels, and I’ve NEVER Sean a room with a fridge and NO microwave!! And the cable??, you better have other things to do because the cable selection is extremely poor!
