It was close to boardwalk Staff were friendly Spacious shower

That my a/c kept shutting off and was hott and my whole family woke up with stuffy noses.. however the front desk said she would come look at bc there were no maintenance on site at time... but we were heading out then.. by Time we got back it was so late we didn't feel like having to move rooms if that would of been an option...

We loved our stay, this was actually our second time there! we love how close the boardwalk is and all the staff is great! my babies get cold easily and the lady up front was the sweetest! she gave us extra blankets. we will definitely be back soon! thank you all so much for making our family vacation extra pleasing. see you soon!

the only thing we did not like is the breakfast bar, we love the buffet other restaurants offer, and unfortunately our room did not have breakfast. it was a true bummer

Good size room with comfortable bed reasonable bathroom. Excellent breakfast and reasonable selection served nice and quick

Shower was not very powerful sometimes just barely a trickle. Did not change the towels while we were there just as we found out later were just rolled up and put back on the shelves

It was good.

The major complaint my family and I had was the room was not cold at all. The temperature was NOT cold at all even with set at it's highest setting at 66 degrees the room was never cold. We took cold showers prior to going to bed at night and still the room was never cool.

Breakfast was superb. Freshly made and served to the table. Location is excellent a short walk to the Boardwalk. Plenty of brilliant bars and restaurants.

The major roadworks were a slight inconvenience for driving locally and the noise level around the pool from the subcontractors was a little bit loud. Both issues were out of the hotels hands.

Proximity to boardwalk, restaurants and shopping ideal. Staff was friendly, very clean building, comfortable room.

Addition of ceiling fan would be great room became a little warm when the air shuts off. Toilets flush really loud you could here adjoining rooms flush and when they used the restroom.

I liked the location near Kemah Boardwalk and how nice, quiet and clean everything was.

The price was a bit steep for a one night stay.

Service was great. Pool was nice and clean. The bar/coffee shop and restaurant employees really went out of their way to help.

Parking was a bit crowded but that's to be expected when the area is so small.

Quiet room, elevator and hallways. Convenient location close to everything. 4 blocks from kemah board walk, San leon 15- 20 minutes down the road. Bars & restaurants across the street. Quiet ac/heater. Bright lights in the bathroom. Nice front desk employees. Large lounge for those who have breakfast/ evening drinks included.

Bed in my room wasn't firm but that's just my type. Construction going on with the new bridge they are building. So it is a bit difficult to move out into the shopping centers across the street, especially around 5pm.

Location perfect for New Years celebration. We got 2 bedroom, nice and comfy and roomy.

The lady serving coffee in the foyer next morning was rude , combative and unprofessional.
