Location and property were very clean and staff was super helpful i happened to have a night out on the town and left some valuables in my room due to waking up late and the property attendant contacted me as soon as they discovered my forgotten items to let me know they had them safe and sound and were waiting for me to come pick them up im glad this Hotel property has people with good hearts attending and helping their guests 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Breakfast potatoes weren't fully cooked but everything else was delicious!

Most of the staff was extremely friendly. The morning attendant for breakfast during our stay was great, she was going above and beyond, asking if she could grab us refills and other items from the breakfast bar and clearing our tables for us as we ate. The gentleman behind the front desk when we first arrived was very friendly and even was generous enough to allow us an early check-in at 1:30! the amenities were all in working order, I never saw the bar open. But we were gone from about 3pm until midnight. so we figured it was open while we were gone and we had just missed it.

The front desk lady, or maybe manager as we were checking out in the morning was not very friendly and seemed a bit rude and short. I had forgotten my cellphone and after asking to re-enter the room briefly to grab it, she had an attitude and simply said “Go”. Not quite the customer service you would expect in the hospitality business. Also, I noticed that the images online didn’t necessarily accurate reflect the room that we had gotten. The flooring was different and not as updated as the pictures showed and the set up was slightly different. nothing major, just something I noticed from booking online to entering the room.

The staff was so helpful and amazing!!! I had just come from their sister facility at IAH and was very skeptical...but when I got to my room, all I could do was 😃.... the cleanliness of the facility was beyond comparison! Loved they offered real coffee mugs and real glasses in the rooms instead of plastic/paper cups!!!

I wish they would provide 🔥 sauce with the breakfast condiments. The internet service was a little bit "sketchy". But overall it was a great stay!!! Could have extended my stay for the entire month but they were fully booked 😪

The ladies at the desk were wonderful. The property location was fine.

It struck me a bit odd that breakfast ended at 9am on a Saturday. I'd forgotten that LQ allows dogs, so every night of a 3 night stay, dog barking was my lullaby. The toilet was persnickity to when flushing, but the shower water pressure was heavenly.

Breakfast was tasty but the eggs and sausage were lukewarm, not hot. Room was clean but the bed and furniture were not comfortable.

The selection of TV channels was awful. There are none of the major cable news channels.....CNN, MSNBC, etc. I guess you are too cheap to pay Dish to get the cable channels. Also you make it impossible to use a Roku or Chromecast to watch your own streaming channels. Hate to tell you, but most people stream their video these days!

Breakfast was ok, wished it was at least till 10am. The service was wonderful, rooms were nice & clean. Maybe needing a bit of touch up paint and some rust in bathroom areas. I don't like the no carpet, but I understand not having it.

Toilet ran for awhile and no one to fix it bc it was nighttime.

We sadly did not wake up on time for breakfast but the staff was so kind as to offer us leftovers. The room and location itself was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The staff is 100% the most kind people I have ever met. Definitely will come back again.

garbage can in back was full and never emptied for days. Pool area needs to be picked up and maintain.

very quite and friendly staff. everything was so nice and clean!loved the ceiling fan in the room! Good breakfast too! convenient to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay there again !

They advertised a bar. The bar was closed due to no license. The television in my room has been zoomed to the extent you could not read information on the screen.
