The biscuits and gravy, waffles, and eggs were great! The lady running the buffet was fantastic, very personable. We did not care for the breakfast sandwiches (Jimmy Dean sausage anD egg with pancakes); too sweet. We enjoy savory over sweet.

We were a little frustrated over the way the towels were made available. Only two bath towels were supplied. When we tried to exchange for fresh towels there were none available. But they were delivered later. One towel per person is not enough when you need one to wrap around your head while using another to dry your body lol. (The hand towels are not large enough to wear around my head)

It was a very quiet property, especially since it was sitting on a state highway. The pool was amazing, the parking was tricky, but everything else minus the check out was great. I will more than i Kelly stay there again in the future.

The checkout process, I was told I could not get a printed receipt because I booked through booking.com. I have never been told that, ever.

The booking.com site wasn’t too clear on what I was getting. I knew it included a King bed but I thought it also had a sleeper sofa, which it didn’t. I was fortunate to get a roll out bed, but had to do a little Macgeyvering with bolts to stop one leg corner from poking through the mattress.

This property was super clean and the staff was beyond nice. The bed was comfortable and the flat screen TV was large and had a wide variety of channels.

The lighting was a little funky, but that is my only complaint.

The very best part of my one night stay was the cleanliness of the room, hallways, and lobby/ breakfast areas. The bed linens and towels smelled great! The breakfast was very good and the attendant was very friendly and helpful.

One of the outlets behind the bedside table wasn't working (I forgot to let someone know at the hotel). The tub faucet was weird... I think I figured it out, but I couldn't get the water as hot as I feel it should have been. There was an ugly hole in the tile where the shower head is, just didn't look good. Going to a tiny town like Lampassas, I didn't the the room rate would be so high, but I suppose this is a sign of the times.

It has a welcoming presence, the front public area was pristine and we discovered why the site has been top hotel in Lampasas County the past couple of years. It was pleasant, quiet for road travelers as ourselves. restaurants were close by for lunch and dinner.

Both were good and consistent with my expectations

Room could have been cleaner (died blood on our sheets) and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The costumer service was awesome by being courteous in providing outstanding help at the front desk. As well as maintaining cleanliness in both the room and dining areas.

Location good. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

Was placed in a handicap room. Bathroom did not work for use.

Pillows were tiny. The bedding was very light weight with no extra blankets in the room. The shower was super slick.
