Our room was clean and spacious and the front counter guy was polite and made sure we were clear on check out time and breakfast time!

The lobby was dirty and smelled bad. Not many options of breakfast like other hotels and once again the bad smell of the lobby did not make it comfortable to eat there. I was looking forward to a swim but the pool was close.

The receptionist was excellent. She went above and beyond to keep me happy. She genuinely cared for my situation. I tried to get her name after but I didn't see her anymore.All of the employees were helpful, and courteous. Thank you everyone at the hotel, you're all awesome!

The breakfast hours are over at 9 am.

The staff made my stay very accommodating after booking.com didn't say there pool was not in service.

That the pool was out of service and I had my granddaughter for spring break

The staff was great. The cleaning ladies were friendly and always offer me clean towels and if I need to clean my room.

Better breakfast

Its welcoming and very nice compared to other cheap hotels. The rooms are very spacious and modern looking.

My tv only had like 4 channels, wasnt worth watching the tv. The doors have a lot space underneath them so you can hear when people walk and close the doors. Also not much of a problem but the water in the sink takes forever to drain, it starts to fill up, other than these small issues everythings great

Clean. Easy to check in.

I wanted to stay another night so I went to the front desk the night before so I wouldnt have to go early in the morning and was told I had to go back in the morning. I wanted to avoid that. Another thing is they need to change there doors. They have an opening at the bottom so you can hear everything outside and they can hear you. Other than that it was good.

Room clean and well stocked.

Took 45 minutes to check in and then there was a problem with MY credit card which added another 15 minutes. The handicap shower overflowed a bit and took both towels to clean it up. When I called for more towels the front desk said they would be right over but never showed so I could not take another shower.

Staff at front desk was very helpful and nice even though we checked in late at night. Room was comfortable and clean.
