The hotel has a lot of potential. Renovation and improvements are evident. The location, price, and ease of checking in were nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. No signs of bugs!

Parking was a little scary. Reservationist went up and unlocked my door while I parked. The door was left a jar. I was advised to contact the front desk if I needed to go out in order to get back into my room. There were no keys. The hotel smelled funny, and I did not have any hot water. I used the ice bucket and microwave to heat enough water to bathe. The room was antiquated and soiled.. You would think they would have started renovation where immediate revenue is generated, not in the entrance and lobby.

Location is very good, close to several restaurants however time was not enough to have breakfast except for a cup of coffee from room's coffee maker.

Elevator looked dirty and floor carpet from the room had stains. It looks like cleaning is not main focus for the administration. Hotel name in the exterior is not well iluminated. Used water can not be exhausted fast from the sink.

The quality of the hotel is ok for the price, you can´t expect more. It´s old and needs a lot of improvements but for 1-2 nights is good. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and works perfectly even when everything seems really old. The building is fantastic! It´s a shame that is not in better condition, but for the prices it´s seems like impossible. Happily all the noises stopped after 11 pm.

The entrance, halls and carpets are dirty and in the rooms the chairs were terrible with lots of dirty spots! Sadly for this price they can´t hire more people to clean and some guests don´t help a lot and think the staff needs to clean ALL the rubbish they are leaving behind, that some times is like a lot!! The check in hour is at 3 pm and even when the staff try to help you to have a early one, it´s impossible if all the guests are leaving the rooms at exact check-out hour (11 am). The worst time was between 9-11 pm when the guests were arriving and were really noisy with doors, voices, kids and TVs. This old building really deserves a better time!

Location is conveniently off I-35, close to the border. The room was very clean, large, and the bed was comfortable. Even included a mini fridge. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Common areas like hallways were not well kept, there was trash in some areas and the carpets are dirty and old. The property as a whole could use a revamp/remodel. The bar and restaurant were closed. That was one of the features I expected and why I chose this hotel There aren't many places to eat or drink within walking distance.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My requests for extra blankets and recommendations on where to order food from were met with absolute kindness.

Piles of laundry in the hallways overnight, mystery stains all over the carpet in my room, and a non-working telephone to try and reach the front desk.

No breakfast . Hopefully they open the restaurant and bar .. great location back in the day . I party at the bar .. nice

Still smell like old .. the lobby needs to be clean specially the windows when you come in .. it’s better since the last time I stay ..

Not a breakfast person but the location of the hotel is the best have stayed there a couple of times before and hopefully will continue in the future

I'm a bit older and would have like to site at a table. I'm a coffee drinker. Offer tea. Maybe a Keurig? Small boxed cereal and small carton of milk. I love fruit but post Covid, that wild be difficult. How about fruit ribbon/sticks?

I'm older and the toilets were low for me. There was not half current to block out the light but still clear the cooler.

I really like this clean quiet place with an elevator.. the bed was comfortable the TV worked well. I also like the hall room entrances. I can't say thanks enough for the carpet and the clean bathroom.

The carpet needs some real deep cleaning or replacing with more carpet please. I've had an operation recently on one of my feet the carpet is much appreciated!
