great location! hotel overall pretty standard Hilton property

housekeeping and breakfast were lacking. not impressed with the in-room coffee/coffee amenities overall. for a two night stay, we were provided four k-cups (one regular coffee, one decaf, and two black teas) and one creamer, one half and half, and two sugars. both mornings I went to the lobby to get coffee - the second morning all our coffee came from the lobby, as they didn’t provide any housekeeping while we were there. we aren’t folks who need new towels every day, but emptied trash and refilled coffee would have been great.

The bar staff (Josh) took great care of us and we had a great experience. Having a meal at the hotel was convenient, but having great food was a bonus. Would definitely recommend eating in the hotel to anyone, whatever the diet requirements.

The executive suite that was reserved was not clean or functional at check-in. The HVAC did not work properly (no heat and the room temp did not get above 65 degrees F), the room smelled musty (perhaps as a result of the faulty HVAC), the bathroom was not clean (toothpaste on mirror, dirty bathtub, toilet and floor) and the floors of the room were not clean. We were moved to another room within minutes (by the exceptional Assistant Manager, Baxter), which was a two queen room. This room was exactly as expected: clean and functional.

Best part of the stay was the friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the breakfast service to the lobby cleaning staff - all were wonderful. I contracted for a private luncheon with a very short notice and Cole was super responsive and fun to work with. The luncheon was a 3 course plated salmon entree with linens and a private banquet room. It was perfect to celebrate my niece's wedding with family. We had 6 rooms for a family reunion and the lobby, breakfast area and pool were a great place to gather and talk. It was nice having the bar open too.

The carpets on the third floor need updating.

there was a private party the first night that had people directing parking & it took me forever to make them understand I was just a hotel guest not a member of the private event. they almost wouldn’t let me through

Loved everything about this location. The staff, location, as well as the room was amazing. I recommend this hotel at this location to all.

What I didn't like about this location, is that I didn't find it sooner.

The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant, helpful and cordial. Room was very nice and clean. Absolutely loved the patio by the bar. Very impressed with the whole ambiance.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

It was a very nice quiet location. Very easy non complicated process and a very relaxing stay I have and will most definitely go back! This is one of my top picks when my husband and I need a get away trip away from the kids.

The pillows wouldn't fit into my suitcase.

I loved my stay at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are open which was a surprised plus. My room was a whirlpool king and was wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Had to request towel change as some towels already had makeup stains.
