The breakfast was not that good. Y’all put eggs in the cheese. I do not care for cheese in my eggs. Y’all did not serve bacon. I prefer bacon over sausage. I could not locate any whole milk as well. You did not have the option of waffles instead of pancakes. But your coffee was excellent.

The breakfast could’ve been a lot better.

Check in was not great. The lady behind the counter had a line out the door and did not move fast. BUT after we got our keys and got to our room, it was lovely and clean. Breakfast the next morning was great and price was good. We were picking children up at a camp in Big Sandy and it’s the perfect spot to be that much closer when we have to pick up at 9am!

Check in was slow and the girl behind the counter didn’t have a clue what she was doing.

Staff were friendly. close to everything, loved that they had a washer and dryer that we could use. bed was extremely comfortable. loved the shower.

didn’t like that we received a room that was facing the Highway.

It was quiet nobody bothered is and we were checked in quickly and the next morning housekeeping came through and make sure we were okay it was great.

What I'm booked the room it didn't say anything about the pool being closed and yet when we got there we were informed that the fitness center was open but yet the pool wasn't and so that was a very very unhappy moment and very disappointed but other than that everybody was nice room was clean we had everything we needed but I paid that much money and couldn't go swimming but yeah we could go into a fitness area that is more contact area than the pool so if the pools going to be closed you need to put that on your website.

The pancakes were awful. The location was great. The room was cozy and the bed was soft. I needed a late checkout and they accommodated me. Very pleased with my stay. Thanks Holiday Inn you did it again.

The breakfast options were not great.

Bed was wonderful. The room size was fabulous. The shower was great. The room accommodateations were very comfortable.

Breakfast was ok but certainly could have been better. The sausage was very over done. Sausage was the only meat offered.

It was our first time staying at this property and we LOVED it. it was clean, comfortable and the ladies who worked with us at the front desk were so welcoming and warm. This is now are go-to hotel as our half way point from Austin to Jackson!

The room was really large and very clean. I love the smell of bleach in a place where there a multitude of people. Loved the products for the room (Dove)! Nice selection of breakfast foods. Great stay for last minute choice.

Put Dove body lotion dispensers like the shower in sink area of bathroom.

Everything! The property was clean and modern. The front desk host Amy was very thorough and friendly! The breakfast was great but could use some meat options other than pork.

It was a little difficult to find. Could use some turkey sausage .

I didn’t catch the name of the desk clerk who checked us in but she wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Almost like it was a burden on her. Check out procedure was complete opposite. Nice friendly service as we were leaving.
