The kind and quick service from the front desk and housekeeping staff. The decor in the rooms is very stylish. With the bar & grill built in on the side added a nice way to have fun but still maintain peace n quiet. The location couldn't have been more perfect with it being surrounded by stores, gas stations and restaurants. It's right on two main highways too!

I like the updates, looks newer and modern.
Breakfast was a joke (no real options). The electricity went out at 5 AM for about 10 minutes. The coffee maker in the room was a joke too, and only one plug worked.

Usually stay at Super 8 in Longview. At least 6 times a year.
Last 2 times we have not had an armour to hang our clothes. We had to hang on door knob. Planning stay for Christmas hope to have an armour the next time.

Some of the areas outside like the stairs to the second floor rooms could use a good pressure washing.

location was great. the outside looks safe an inviting.
The room was not clean . The carpet should be shampoo. the restroom water rain after you flushed. The bathroom ceiling was falling down .
