Nice room, incredibly clean, ice cold A/C, and the young man who was working the desk was super friendly and helpful! Thank you all very much, if I pass through Longview again there’s no doubt where I’ll be staying!

Everything, they took trash out everyday, clean sheets everyday, has a bar with a bar sink with plenty of cabinet space, plenty of dresser drawers for clothes, if you are extended stay the suite rooms are the best, which I was extended stay for work.

Location was good it’s basically a no frills Inn but very clean and pretty well kept.

They could have a continental breakfast but there was none and sometimes they were out of coffee.

Staff was very friendly. When I didn't arrive at my confirmed time (2am driving from Kentucky, hit horrible traffic in Benton, Arkansas) the owner called and asked if I was alright, then waited for me until my arrival at 4am. Also extended my stay a night for the same price, great service, very clean. Said they just bought the property and were remodeling it, they're doing great! Only issue was the bathroom plug didn't work but I didn't need it anyway, and the iron wasn't there but luckily my shirt wasn't wrinkled at all so ended up not needing it. Wi-fi was great, fast and easy to connect to. 12/10 would stay here again

we liked everything about it. the staff was very courteous and everything was exceptionally clean. the beds were great. I slept better those three days than I’ve slept in months.

No breakfast, but I liked that they had guest laundry area/ quarter machines to wash your clothes, and that they only charged $25 for incidentals which you get back at check out.

The beds were hard, but I still slept well.

This was the Best place we stayed at on a 6 day trip. Clean, Friendly, Secure, Good Location . We will stay here again !!!

This is not a 5star hotel by any means though it was an excellent value for the money. Staff was very friendly and happily upgraded my room free of charge. Cause I accidently booked a smoking room. It was the nicest cleanest "value" hotel I've ever stayed at. I would indeed stay again.

The location...

The housekeeper was lazy , she half cleaned the room. The carpet needed vacuum...No use of an elevator... They need to replace those filthy chairs.

I liked the staff being so friendly. It was quick check in and I love the location on top of that. I've chosen this hotel over some of the best.

It is even better then a few weeks ago when I stayed because they updated the rooms with new pillows, covers, curtains and etc. Its a great affordable price and the young man who works up front is extremely nice.
