This hotel is gigantic offering everything you’d need in one place: the room, restaurant (breakfast included or $11+ if not a guest) that has amazing food and the best omelet I’ve had, pool, Starbucks coffee, conference rooms an atrium and suites.

I would recommend staying in a suite if you have small kids (4-9) because their closer to the pool. You’ll definitely get your steps in going back and forth to regular rooms. The pool is on the smaller side but there was about 6 kids in there and it got easily crowded when some teens and other adults came in. Also, our roomed smelled stuffy and was hot when we got there.

Everything was good and clean. The staff was pleasant and kind.

I requested a wake up call at 9:00 am and no one called me to wake up. I woke up on my own. And almost missed breakfast. Luckily I wasn’t planning a flight or needed a trip to the airport to catch one.

From checking in to checking out. I received the best customer service.

The breakfast needs to change up a little.i staid for three nights by the third day I was tired of eating the same breakfast .

Breakfast and bar the pool and fitness was the best things there at the hotel

Rooms were a little out of date, walls n paint were chipping creating holes. For the price I honestly expected better in the rooms. U couldn’t open windows they were screwed shut .

I always stay at the Lubbock MCM Elegante, always clean, the cafe serves excellent food, and the staff was amazing.

Actually, there was no ice in the machine, not a problem for us

I booked 2 rooms and they were close together. Staff was nice and helped with the ice situation.

Ice machine was broken on our floor and most the other floors.

I liked everything about that hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great, and lots of parking. Next time I'm in Lubbock, I will definitely stay there

Excellent location food was great @Rustlers and a great time at the chill zone.Breakfast was excellent, friendly staff.Lived the handy hut in the cort yard.
