The staff was great- very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C, shower,fridge, microwave and all other room equipment worked perfectly.

I had issues connecting, and staying connected to the internet. It required a browser login, but would not present the browser to do so when connecting to the network. After much trial and error, I figured out I had to restart my computer and then connect to the network again to get the login page to pop up. This was a recurring and aggravating issue. Also, the pool was closed, something I was not made aware of before I stayed there.

The hotel is older and although there's signs of wear and tear, the facility was clean. Our bed was comfortable, the AC/heating unit worked fine as well as the shower. It was great to have a fridge & microwave in each of the rooms which we were able to use. Personally I didn't have a chance to have the breakfast but my husband did, he would have liked to have had an egg or other hot item choice. Additional towels/toiletries supplied when requested. Staff very friendly & accommodating.

The place was nice. The staff was friendly. I had a corner room, which was very spacious.

The phone in my room did not work. The room was spacious, but the TV was vert small. The pool was closed with a tarp over it.

Unexpected guest... There was a mouse in my room. Maybe eggs and bacon at breakfast.

I was told I could have received my Wyndham points and when I called Wyndham I was told that’s not the truth

The front desk clerk was really nice and the location was perfect because it was close to the college

The channels were difficult to navigate through, the room was modernized but needed a new paint job, the cereal was stale and the freezer in refrigerator needed to be thawed out it had a pile of ice in it and the door to refrigerator was hard to open due to the carpet

The motel and room the whole thing was very nice

We had a problem working the TV but we couldn't get it to change the volume down with the remote and the pool wasn't available after being told before booking that it was.

The clerk was rude and kept saying no smoking in the rooms until I finally said yeah I heard you the first time. When I came down to get a straw from the kitchen area he loudly goes “what do you want!?” like rude as hell.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Big spacious room and quiet even though close to freeway. Breakfast provided. Various restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

For the price there is nothing negative to say.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I was happy that the breakfast room was open and we were able to actually sit down and eat.

The checking in. We arrived at about 2:30 pm. I walked in to see how long we should wait, but when I walked in and said "I have a reservation" the front desk manager simply said "3:30, 3:30" and waved me out. (Btw. the sign on the wall says 3 pm). I said OK and walked out. We came back at 3:30 pm only to see the said front desk manager walking out, ending his shift. Inside there was a line, and the next shift manager checked us in. She was very efficient, even though the wait was longer than I anticipated. I just couldn't shed the feeling that the previous shift manager just was done for the day and didn't want to be bothered anymore. Anyway, the next day, he was very nice and accommodating to all the guests. Perhaps he just had a bad day.
