Nice and quiet. In room microwave and fridge. El Taco next door has really great Mexican food. There's also a Subway and Golden Corral nearby so you can walk from the hotel to them nearby.

The only complaint was that the bed on the right side sloped. I'm guessing but it seems everyone sleeps on that side of the bed in the room we had for our stay. Also, bring your own pillow unless you like feather pillows. It was hard on my neck but otherwise we have no complaints.

Everything was great. We always enjoy our stay in Marshall at the Hampton Inn.

I asked when we checked in on Friday if the pool would be open on Saturday. I was told yes it would be. Got up Saturday and it wasn't open. Was told it was dirty and that the pool guys hadn't been in weeks. I had some very disappointed family members.

Breakfast is wonderful and the staff were attentive. I was disappointed with this past stay because the rate was $130 a night compared to $98 the time before. As I'm looking to book again for August the rate is $98 again and that helps so much for this single mom who will be moving her child to college in Marshall. I hope I can continue to find the best rates here so I can visit my child. Thank you :)

Marshall is just one big highway. The hotel was south of town, but not too far from the college where I attended graduation events. The hotel seemed old, but it was in decent condition. The bathroom fixtures weren't great, but it was clean. Overall, it was comfortable and worth the money.

The breakfast could have been better. For example, the yogurt was poor quality. The pastries also were of poor quality. It was adequate but could have been improved.

Everything was fantastic! Clean, inviting, great breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff! The list goes on and on! My family really enjoyed our stay!

The beds were not as comfortable as I remember in other Hampton Inns I have stayed at in the past. The pool was not opened for the season yet.

The location was on point for the event we attended. It was close by restaurants. And right off the interstate. Thanks

Everything was ok . No complaints. The staff was good.. And they also serve breakfast .

Location is great, building is clean and love that breakfast was available.

Last guest had left soiled underwear in the bathroom trashcan that weren’t removed. Could smell the odor throughout the room and couldn’t figure out what it was until the next morning.

Room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great, they even provided a spot outside the main dining room where we could sit with out dog, so we could enjoy breakfast while not leaving him alone in the room. (I should mention, he is very well behaved in restaurant settings)

The hotel is not new, the furniture and bed are quite worn out as well as the room. But clean and quite possible to stay for the night.

The girl at the reception spoke through me, addressing my daughter standing behind with questions about settling in and was not at all happy with me :) but I thought it was funny and we smiled

Love staying at this Hampton Inn when visiting our son at ETBU.

I am a Hilton’s Honor member and have been for many many years. I do not like that I don’t receive my reward points when I use a third party to make my reservations! I go for the cheaper rate but still pay for the stay!!! I feel that I am being penalized for using a more affordable rate but I am still staying at Hilton property!!! This is NOT RIGHT!!!
