The hotel and room decor was very nice and comfortable. The room (King) was spacious with fridge, K cup coffee and microwave. Parking was readily available in a short walk. The lobby was modern and busy..

Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was a bit of a disaster. I try not to expect much, but this one seemed promising with hot items like eggs and meats and potatoes. They were completely empty with lots of people milling about trying to make waffles or bagels. There was also no coffee or hot water in the self-serve area.

A quick overnight, and the location was perfect. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well.

A little surprised that there was a charge for breakfast, but the cost of the room was very reasonable, so that wasn't a biggie.

This hotel was awesome! The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mckinney. They had a heated pool, a bar with the sports on. Breakfast kids eat free. The room was very clean and had lots of shelves and drawers to store everything. No hot tub, no dogs allowed.

Allow dogs. Add a hot tub, make breakfast free.

The rooms were nice and clean. The location wasn’t too bad either. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I feel like with the prices of the rooms breakfast should be included. I’ve been to cheaper motels that offer breakfast for free z

Location, cleanliness

Had problems at checkin because of our debit cards and the deposit even though our room was already paid for. She said the charges were denied yet later we looked at our bank account and we were charged.

It was wonderful to have a microwave in the room. I have been a loyal Hyatt person for YEARS, but couldn't find a Hyatt near this location, and I am glad I expanded my horizons! It actually was such a positive experience, we booked Holiday Inn Express's for the remainder of our trip when we could!

I am used to suite rooms, so the room could have been a little larger, but I do believe the microwave in the room trumped the size!

My room was extremely clean & the bed extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby.. For the first time ever, I did not notice bed bugs in my bed.. That's a treat for me!!

I can't really think of anything except for hearing a toddler or child running around the room - stomping loudly - in the room above. It didn't last long..and I was comfy regardless.

The location was central but a block off the highway which was excellent!

Did not eat downstairs as it was pay per person and both mornings there was a long wait.

Location was right next to my work venue and the price was very reasonable

I don't understand why I couldn't get a receipt at the end of my stay. The front desk clerk said since I booked from a 3rd party I would have to get the receipt from them but that has never been my experience in the past. She was nice about it but it was I will try once then, "oh well, nothing I can do." Still waiting on my receipt from someone.

The location, it was in the middle of most of the major Shopping Centers and eating places.
