Ezben, is not only just a friendly staff member, but it also seems like he's the only one wearing the company uniform and showing his pride in working with Hampton. Great dedication! The hotel is remodeling, and I really like the new design of the room! Planning to shop? Or getting ready for Black Friday? Look no further, this is the choice!

Some of the furniture seems to be worn off, especially the one in the lobby and dining room. The hotel is remodeling, with that being said, it means there is a lot of construction site in the hotel right now. However, it'll look great when it's finished! Also, the utensils for breakfast. it'll be better if they replace the styrofoam with paper material, it is the "Hampton" after all!

The rooms were clean and spacious and you step out of the hotel and step right into the Premium outlets which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and always had a smile, greeting visitors in and out the door and also Ricky. Special thanks to the gentleman on the front desk after 8 am. He was an absolute star and I am truly grateful for his kindness! I had a great stay!

beds and pillows were comfortable plenty of towels wood, mirrors, countertops were pretty luxurious breakfast was very nice and it was even open before we had to leave at 6am to catch our flight staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful —Gabby helped us get on wifi and a staff member gave us 4 bottles of water when we wanted to get water we enjoyed using the yoga mats and sanitizer wipes breakfast area was large enough that we were able to meet there and sit together with other family members

comforter was heavy and too warm for me but I like sleeping with more than a sheet over me so I would take it off and on until I went to sleep we liked being on the 5th floor and using the stairs for extra exercise—just right for us

All was nice: rooms, facilities, breakfast, friendliness. We brought family guests to be with us in second room, even though they don't live very far away. All of us enjoyed it.

Attendant said because there were no connected rooms she was giving us an upgrade on one. Then when the bill came through our card, there was an upcharge which we did not expect. That was disappointing.

Very nice place and at a great value. Loved the fact that it was right next to the outlet mall. Very convenient.

The only downside was that our door was hard to open. I told the desk clerk, and he let maintenance know, not sure if maintenance did anything, but it was still hard to open.

Located near to restaurants snd shops, easy to approach highway, and clean facilities. That makes it good place for business trip.

Interior works in some rooms were a bit noisy.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could use some attention: ie cracked caulking, peeling wallpaper. Just cosmetics. Did not affect the quality of our stay. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room.

Price was high, but it's what the market is right now, so can't complain.

Facilities are outstanding, front desk staff, excellent! Breakfast was awesome!

Unfortunately, other guests can’t be “fixed”! We had door slammers and knockers from 10:00 pm until 11:30 pm!

The breakfast was good, typical for what you find in most hotels there days. The waffle bar is always a nice touch even though I do not eat waffles

We were just in for one night and had no issues.

We loved the staff as they were so kind with smiles! We loved the free breakfast, it was high quality and conveniently served until 9 A.M. We loved that the other was literally next door and that there were so many restaurants near by.

The rooms furnishings, carpet, and decor are outdated.
