I've been coming here when it first opened it was la copa then it changed a couple of times but they have always been a plus!! Been staying here for almost 15 yrs and counting. I never stay anywhere but here because it's close to my family.
The stairs from the crib are actually crackling really bad and are about to crumble any minute before anything happens you should check out it you wouldn't want to be liable but from a my point of view it's getting dangerous soon

The location was good and it's close by an whataburger restaurant and chili's restaurant as well and the outlets of mercedes.
At first got booked for a clean room but it wasn't had to go back and let them know that the room wasn't clean. She accommodated me too a clean room but there was a problem the Room was super hot inside it wasn't a cool room..So I turned on the A.C..and it took 7 1/2 hours later for the room to finally get cool..

The breakfast choices were great and the breakfast area very clean and well maintained, although the room was a little crowded on Saturday.
When we checked in, we were given a room that was still occupied. We unlocked the door and there were people inside. It could have been a very touchy situation. It could have very easily escalated, but we apologized and the tenant was understanding.

The first room was squeaky squeaky squeaky pillows were hard so they had to give us another room because the bed people probably thought we were having a wild nights and we weren't second room was better but the bed is hard and there was a Roach I doubt it if I will ever rent it again

Everything was good with the property. It was clean and comfortable.
I encountered a bit of false advertisement. I went by the photographs when I booked my room and was given a different one. I then brought it up to the receptionist and she tried to fix the problem, but still did not get the room that was advertised. I was a bit disappointed.
