It was comfortable and in a good location. Sheets were clean and very comfortable. Tv guide was printed and laminated for guests. Staff were very friendly and receiving. Lobby was inviting as well. It was much needed rest and I was able to achieve it here. Thank you.

complimentary breakfast was mainly carbs… cereal, bread, waffles, muffins. Restroom had polish stains on sink and wall or something with red color from Ojos Locos girls that had previously stayed. I had a small pad of polish remover and a small spot came off. So it’s removable. Just looks very tacky for those that are staying. It was mentioned to front desk right away so that I’m not charged for it. Other than that… I loved my stay.

We liked everything. Comfortable beds & convenient location. Clean room. Great breakfast. Pool shaded from hot sun in afternoon. Friendly, helpful staff.

Single chair in room. Could be improved by another chair. Shade umbrellas would be good for morning use of tables if watching kids at pool area in mornings (we skipped morning use as too sunny/hot).

When making the reservations I had requested the earliest possible check in . We were there for the funeral of my father. The Hampton Inn was the closest to the Funeral Home. Upon arriving Jessica the front desk person welcomed us. About Requesting an early check in she said that she would have to contact head of housekeeping and that she would keep us updated.She actually had us check in by 2 pm. Jessica handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. She is a valuable employee.

Room was great size, with desk, couch, king size comfortable bed, linen and towels of good quality. Breakfast was good (just a little repetitive). Great location. Great parking. Easy access to restaurants and stores.

Some of the staff needs to be trained on customer service. Lady at front desk very dry!!!

Rael and Miquel we’re behind the desk and helped us on several occasions. They were very polite and efficient. We left money for the housekeeping and they assured us it would be divided between the staff because we never saw who was cleaning our room. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were left when we needed them. The location was good with easy access to the highway and the border crossing. Coffee was exceptional and available at any time. Breakfast was good and gave a good variety. We would return and stay here again. Thank you Hampton Inn by Hilton!

Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Loved the sofa in the room. The hotel was very nice and clean, breakfast was great and a lot better than what's served in other Hotels and Inns. Restrooms in the common area in the Lobby are very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly especially Ramon and Sade who checked us in and out. We were able to get an early check in thanks to the manager I did not get his name, but he was very accommodating. We will be Staying here again on our next stay when we Travel to Weslaco TX.

The King size bed was a little hard for me and the pillows were too soft otherwise all was well and very nice. I can thank of any think else negative.

The breakfast was not great..They served tamales and refried beans for breakfast. I understand, we are close to Mexico, I get it. However, how about breakfast tacos or Huevos Rancheros and Chorizo? Refried beans aren’t most peoples first choice in breakfast foods.

Veronica she work the front desk was amazing always greeted me by my name showed me around the property she went out of her way to help the customers. 👏

Didn't like where the sink faucet was in the bathroom (not in the center off to the side) water everywhere

I am so impressed with Hampton Weslaco. I used booking.com before we left home, and I was shocked at the low price I was given as I've paid more for very poor quality places in the area. This was by far the most elegant, clean & comfortable hotel I've EVER stayed at in my life!! The breakfast was amazing too..

I wish I could have stayed longer... Seriously...

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Our room was much larger than we expected. We were very comfortable and felt safe. We will definitely being staying there again
