The property was very clean. The parking lot, main entrance, lobby, hallways, and room was all very welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and they had plenty of choices to chose from. Staff is very observant of people that come in and out. The jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing, the water got more then hot enough, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Jets had plenty of power, that could be turned up or down.

The only issue I had was after we checked in Friday night, I went out one of the side doors to the car to grab something and I couldn’t get back in. Which I didn’t see the sign that says the door was only open during certain hours. I walked around the front and the front desk stopped me to let me know the door was having issues and checked my room key for me before I made my way to my room just to make sure that wasn’t the issue.

The property was kept very neat and clean! The pool was awesome!

Everything was great, except I could tell housekeeping rushed cleaning our room. lots of spots covered in dust in the bathroom and on top of the beds head rest. Also, we opened the microwave and there was very hard and stale pizza wrapped in paper towels. It smelled awful but other than that it was a nice room! The pull out couch had no sheets on it, I assumed maybe I had to ask for some? but it was an amazing stay! we got the room on the 3rd floor with the big window. want that room every time we stay there!!!!

There were a few items in need of minor repair. The continental breakfast was the typical could've added fruits to it for a healthier choice. Maybe out of fruit for late showing towards the end of breakfast time.

Very clean and welcoming. My only complaint is we stayed in room 215 which is right over the sliding doors at the main entrance, they are very loud when opening and closing so it woke us up pretty early. But other wise staff was great, facility was very clean and office staff we very nice. 100% recommend.

I was not aware prior to arrival that the Red Lion in Mineral Wells offered complement hot breakfast, so I was pleasantly surprised by that upon arrival!

Neither of our room keys worked upon arrival at our door which was a bit upsetting, however an employee of the hotel went downstairs for us to correct the situation.

Comfortable and easy to get to.

Room and bathroom was very small and other visitors where allowed to roam the halls, run and walk loudly on other floors all hours of the day and night.

The scrambled eggs tasted like pre packaged. The sausage wasn't brown enough and there wasn't any plain pkg oatmeal. There was no pkgs of tea or hot chocolate for those who don't drink coffee.

Staff was friendly, property quiet, neat and clean.

Our room had a toilet that wasn’t working properly. A large drawer under the TV would come completely open on its own, so had to be cautious if going near it in the dark.

I’d like the comfort of the rooms and they were big rooms and nice and clean. The front desk staff and the management staff was absolutely excellent day, and took care of my every need and were very accommodating..

The employees were very good and friendly! They gave is tips on where the best places to eat were and where to avoid.

The breakfast was not up too par. Needed more selections and needed to be re-stocked more often.
