Since I was visiting my family in HudsonOaks for a special occasion, having a nearby hotel was perfect. I was there for 5 days and Everything was clean and orderly.

There aren’t too many negatives here, but I wish there was a hot tub in addition to the pool. The only other thing is that the rooms were so dark. The only place to sit when I needed light to work on something or read, was at the desk. Not a huge problem, but the lamp by the sofa could have had a stronger light (maybe a 3 way bulb)? Also some pillows on the hard, hard sofa would make it more comfortable

Breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Love the location! Near the Highway, but not on it. We loved how quiet the hotel was in general, and we slept well!

Shower was great, but once in a while I enjoy a hot bath while traveling. It didn’t affect us this trip, but when I stay for several days, I would miss a tub. Are there any to request?

Mattress Coffee maker is not sufficient Only one trash can and there wasn't even a liner in it. There were only two facial tissues in the box so apparently it wasn't checked. Couldn't get the apps on the TV to work and no one at the desk knew anything about it to guide us. It would never take us to a place to put our login information.

Breakfast was well prepared and laid out, with good variety and plenty of everything. Room was clean and comfortable, and larger than expected. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The sliding glass door on the bathroom floods the bed area with light if someone needs to use it at night, disturbing anyone still asleep. Water pressure was barely adequate.

Our family all stayed in your facility overnight after we buried our mother and father at Greenwood Cemetery. Our parents wishes were to be cremated, then ashes mixed together and then finally buried at their family plots in Greenwood. The rooms are layed out nice. Plenty of towels. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our kids enjoyed the pool.. Always hot coffee. Breakfast was a welcomed service, we didn't have to rush around to check out just to get somewhere to eat. Thank you for y'alls great Texas hospitality!

The only issue we noticed was our commode was not cleaned well, it had what looked like urine on back of the seat.

It was good. Lots of varieties, presented well and a clean area to eat in.

The adjacent room had a loud kid in it that got there at 11pm and made noise until 1am. But that is the parent’s fault, not the hotel’s fault. I forgot my charger and wished there were some for sale in the lobby. There were not. But the hostess let me use hers for a while.

The location to our family's house was excellent. The beds, cleanliness, shower, the rooms were excellent.

Though the handicap bathroom was VERY roomy and nice, there was literally NO where to set anything down, like clothes, small travel bag, etc. or no drawers to put anything...just a thought for future to something small against the wall for such purposes

Very quiet. Didn't hear a bunch of doors slamming in the morning. Or kids running down the hallway.

It was a little pricey, but I guess that weeds out a lot of people. Worth the price.

Very nice stay

Not a inside pool we had about 15 room for a wedding with kids. The pool outside the weather was very cool.

staff is awesome, check in very smooth, location is perfect as it’s new in an up and coming area. able to walk to eat with several really great options.
