I loved the colors in the lobby. The staff was so nice and helpful! For the most part, the facility was clean.

The amount of room spray throughout the facility but I have severe allergies so it was a little much. I also had black hair around my bathtub and pistachio shells under my desk. But I never complained. Sometimes it happens.

everything. seriously everything. cold ac, everything is clean, hot water, amazing water pressure. after a long day in the Texas heat and 3 days of driving from San Diego, this place beat the last two hotels we stayed at by miles. it’s so close to a handful of good spots and a gas station across the street.

I like everything about it. Very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean. The breakfast area was spotless and organized, and the lady working on 3-16-23 in the breakfast area, was super attentive and nice .

Know immediately. Would have given it a 10 but the ac unit in our room took most of the night to cool down the room. I let staff know and he said he would let maintenance know immediately. That was our only complaint.

the room walls in bedroom need to be wiped. and framing around door in bathroom need to be wiped. was kinda dirty like no one pays attention to the details.

Has a great indoor pool and the room AC is nice and cold. The room is nice for quick short stays.

The exercise treadmill didn’t work, so that caused an inconvenience.

The breakfast bar was better than expected.

The only thing we didn't like was the AC in our room had a dysfunctional thermostat. Anytime we set the temp, the AC/heater turned on for a very short time then turned off again. Also, the TV remote did not work properly. Some of the numbers on the remote control did not work.

We were traveling across the country and our goal was to make it somewhere in Texas. We arrived later in the evening just to rest, not expecting much at all.

There wasn't much around. Food choices were limited.

The hotel is nice and the.staff is excellent, but the carpet in my hotel room was so dirty and stained. The closet smelled like mildew/ moldy. The elevator got stuck, so we had to use the stairs from the 3rd floor. The price of the room was way too expensive. Overall it was a good stay.

we enjoyed everything about this property! The pool was clean and nice to be indoors with the babies! beds were also nice, comfortable, and clean!
