The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. We arrived a little late and staff closes main doors @10pm but we had already notified them of late arrival. They made the check in process easy, especially after a 10 hour drive. Guest services showed us to our room and helped bring in luggage.

Please note that at the time I stayed, end of July 2022, they were going through major renovation of the facilities. This was not really an issue for us, but made the hotel look a little off since a good part of the ceiling was missing due to the renovation. (again not a downside for us) Only thing is that it seemed like they only had enough waffle batter for the amount of guests staying that night, which seemed like it was not that many guests. So last guy to grab waffle was left without batter. (Could be a simple overlook.)

The property was ran absolutely flawlessly and the ladies and workers went over and beyond for us to be comfortable there. I would most definitely stay again and I will recommend this hotel to anyone !!

The room was very roomy, bigger than your normal size hotel room. The room also had a nice little loveseat with a coffee table for a separate sitting area. The king size bed was also comfy. The staff were very helpful & always cheery. Would definitely stay there again if need be.

There wasn’t a breakfast - I didn’t expect one. The convenience of location and signs (banner and “open”) helped. Quite clean despite construction/renovating. Quiet during night hours.

The only thing I found was several areas missing pavement in the back parking area.

The front office lady I spoke with is excellent! She knows how to talk to people. The value of this stay is excellent!

I could not connect to wifi, it would not allow me to enter the password, It could have also been my computer that was the problem.

I don’t know if I was speaking with the owner or the manager but he was amazing. He had the best customer service of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I am a business owner for many years and for me it’s all about customer service. This guy aced it. I wish I had remembered his name. Super caring. The staff definitely needs more training but they are in a transition right now because of the hurricane. Both girls at the front desk were lovely. I was taken care of like a queen. Thank you so much guys and anytime I drive cross country I’ll stay with you!!!

Staff was rarely at the front desk and a bit disorganized. Not saying they were not great but they definitely need professional training
