Friendly staff ready to accommodate guests, maintained cleanliness, wonderful mattresses and access to laundry included with stay. Great location as well. I enjoyed the mini kitchen in our room, we were able to eat healthy all week instead of going out which usually happens during travel.

Lack of hot water in the evening, spotty wi-fi, breakfast is not included.

Love love love this place its always so clean and the staff is great. The rooms are wonderful and I love that they use dove products 😍. This is my go to place when im in Pasadena not to mention they are pet friendly.

The shower curtains idk why they are cloth they dont stop the water form getting out I with the shower would come with a shower liner or a better curtain.

The desk staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and welcoming. The location was near a Starbuck's (YAY) and near many restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and Beltway 8. I highly recommend Candlewood as your go-to for a great place to stay.

The people that were above us. Next time I'm going to request the top floor. Not something the hotel staff can help. They might want to put some TUMS in their store. My husband had to go to a convenience store at 3 in the morning because they didn't have any in the store. It's just a question of convenience.

Smelled new and fresh and clean. Very welcoming lobby. Spacious rooms. Easy check-in process. Feels very safe. Great kitchens. Huge restroom. Comfy beds for a great night's sleep. Very quiet area.

Bathtub was slippery in a disability access room. Showered with towel on floor of the bathtub just to be safe and avoid a fall.y u

Everyone there was so nice and professional. It was quiet at night. It was clean which is very important to me. I was alone and felt very safe. A family member was in the hospital as well, which made all the above very comforting…..

The staff was very friendly and took time to fully answer all questions. They were welcoming and always ready to help.

The room (111) had a slight musty smell as if it had not been used in a while. When I asked for air freshener, I was immediately given a choice of two different sprays. That seemed to cure the problem. Other than that, it was neat, clean and fully stocked.

No complementary tooth paste in room, I've stayed at other hotels and they've all had it, so I decided not to pack any for this instance and ended up paying 5dollars for a travel size bottle paste. But other than that all was great, rooms were clean and beds comfy as can be.

I loved that the room not only had a full size refrigerator but it also had a cute mini stove with a dishwasher complete with cooking wear and dishes and utensils. Not to mention ifk what's wrong with hotel but thus is the first hotel that ACTUALLY HAD TRASH BAGS UN THE TRASH CANS which I really appreciated its the little things. But the best part was that the windows actually open on the 3rd floor idk how many years its been since I've been on a high up floor and the windows actually open really love that over all it was a great pet friend hotel I will definitely be booking my next trip in DEC here again.

That you can't close the curtains and the restroom shower curtains are cloth a plastic lining or diffrent material would of been better. And there is no pool which is odd.

It was close to bowling alley that we had a tourn at. First time at a Candlewood suites, way better than expected. Great price, clean, and a very friendly staff that actually wanted to please. That was a refreshing bonus!. Best night sleep ever, didn't wake at all. Very quiet & relxing atmosphere. I will return.

Staff was really nice and answered all my questions. Checking in and out was easy and staff was polite and professional. I would stay there again.
