Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of cold & hot foods. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Kim & Rose @ the front desk were exceptional. They professionally and even cheerfully accommodated 2 slight changes I made without missing a beat. I'd stay here again just because of them.

Great location - close to lots of shopping and restaurants, all the staff was helpful and friendly, good breakfast & choices. Our double queen was clean and roomy.

The phone didn't work, and there was a problem with the heater/AC in our room, but it didn't affect our stay at all. In fact, we didn't even report it.

Overall nice. The pool and gym were clean. Breakfast was decent (free, so can't complain).

Would have rated higher, if not for the fact that they decided to test their fire alarms the morning before checkout. Even though I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, they still came to knock in order to check the smoke detectors in our room. I honestly didn't understand why it couldn't have waited until after we left (1 hour later). Other than that, our stay was not bad.

The front desk clerk who checked is in was friendly and knowledgeable.

We had secured a King room with study through Booking.com, which the hotel didn't have, but it was ok this time since it was just my husband and me. Booking needs to refund the difference to us since the double queen was only $104.

The host Bridget was very nice and helpful!!! The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable I love the smell of the Clean sheets high five for the cleaning personnel!!! Thank you Hampton Inn for a wonderful stay i will be back again. Thank you, kerri Williams

It was clean, convenient, and 5 minutes away from the event. Breakfast was great and we didn’t get push back when we needed extra towels. They were as accommodating as they could be.

The rooms are extremely small. We had a double Queen suite. No sofa and barely enough room to move around. The attendants were as helpful as they could be. The rooms are just structured weird. We attempted an upgrade but they could only upgrade to a king suite with two pull out sofas.

Convenient to the wedding we came for. I had 3 rooms booked.

Reserved 3 rooms. One room, 321 was a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Luckily they had one room, 116 to offer my daughter and son in law.

The breakfast had a great selection and tasty. The location was conveniently 17 min from the event I came for. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and was quiet at the hotel that was enjoyable.

Location was in between all the places I needed to be.

Needed better patch job on the ceiling in the room.
