This is the best Days Inn I have ever stayed in. The rooms seemed newly renovated, had tasteful furnishings and colors, and a full-service kitchenette. The stay came with a hot breakfast that included scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, biscuits, yoghurt, cereal, bagels etc. The nightly rate was also very reasonable.

An elevator would be nice, but it's not a dealbreaker.

There had been a mistake in the system and on their end they hadn't got a studio booked for us The staff did everything for us to get one but unfortunately that resulted in a wait and room was really ready for bew customers

Beds were comfortable and large. Plenty of pillows and the hide-a-bed was apparently comfortable as well. The staff was very friendly and cleaning ladies were fast and very good. The breakfast was good as well with a decent selection. Though the pancake machine didn't work when we were there the sos gravy with the biscuits and eggs made up for it nicely. Dining area was more accommodating than most hotels. K-cup coffee maker was nice but we bought our own pods that we liked. Kitchen wasn't wonderfully stocked with dishes, but sufficient. Water temp and pressure were good, and ice makers were thankfully working well also. All in all, for the price? I definitely give it an A. The staff an A+. Location is also very central. 20 minutes from Walter Humphrey state park and about 35 minutes from the beach at Sea Rim state park. Both great fishing and never crowded. Lots of restaurants and very close within minutes drive or even walking distance. Definitely will stay again. Family of 6.

No elevator or large suites downstairs. We did request a quiet room and were put in one facing the freeway.

The location was very nice, it was close to shopping and restaurants. It's right off the hwy which made it very easy to find and convenient.

I really didn't have any issues, but if I had to choose something, I would say the pancake machine could have worked better. Its not a big deal, just were a little weird looking.

I do not smoke in my house or vehicle---but I do like an occasional cigar---not place out outside to enjoy one--except walking around the parking lot.

the room was very big. the breakfast was satisfying. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The motel was right off the highway but you couldn’t hear the traffic. The staff was very friendly!!

The young ladies who checked us in on Sunday evening a s out on Monday evening were awesome. She even offered to see if she could get us a credit since we only extended our stay 4 hours and didn't need an entire night. The room was immaculate and the location was perfect.

The gentleman who worked the counter during the day on Monday, 5/10, had very little customer service skills and seemed bothered when we called for a late check out. My work meeting ran over a few hours and we asked for a 4pm checkout and he said we'd have to pay for a full extra night "cuz 12 o'clock is all I got"

Amazing hotel comfy bed, black out curtains to block light out, cold AC, very clean, and amazing staff.

Nothing love this hotel

The room was good, it was quiet and on the end, street side. The water was hot and cleaning staff were excellent. I did not use the kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it will cause me to use this hotel upon my monthly return. The coffee machine and Maxwell House coffee was excellent.

The front desk staff were not available upon arrival and I and other guests waiting 10 minutes for their return. The free breakfast was limited although it was tasty. Sunday cutoff time of 9am was early and i missed it. There were many children outside on property after 10pm and it was loud. There was no security visible which caused fear that my vehicle would be tampered with, I left dash cam on all evening uploading via my vehicles internet. I had a previous bad experience with Booking.com, I only used as a last resort. I will not use you if anything else is available.

Our room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, the staff at the front desk were all nice.

We stayed Friday night and Saturday night, but Saturday morning the maid didn't come to our room. We saw her outside the room and asked her to please go refill our coffees and things, but she didn't, and I had to go to the front desk to get some. Also I didn't notice when I booked that there is no pool on the property, so that was disappointing.
