We liked the amenities that came with the room. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Very kid friendly. My son and I are big orange juice fans and we loved that it had no pulp and it was really cold.

I think the only 2 things that I didn't like that caught my eye was that the bathroom was not 100% clean and the water was a little slimy. Our toilet was dirty from the outside, underneath the bowl. When we took a shower the water felt very slimy which made the tub very slippery and made it hard for the soap to come off.

Courteous staff and cleanliness of hotel

The bathroom door in room 310 didn't have a handle or knob on the inside of the bathroom door. My wife got locked inside the bathroom, it was a good thing I was in the room she would have been stuck inside the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom also went out on Saturday night but came back on Sunday morning.

This place was just about brand new! It still smelled new. Everything was absolutely spotless and clean. Amenities were typical of good hotels: pool, gym, hot tub was a plus (although the jets didn't work yet), and of course continental breakfast. In room: Comfy bed, badass air conditioning, awesome clean shower, comfy lounge chair (for reading), TV mount is awesome (I could plug in my fire stick with no problems), plenty of plugs and USB connections for power. Staff was truly great! Coffee was good, too! All for a good price.

There was very little that I didn't like. One thing they can't really do anything about at this point is the soundproofing. You can hear when everyone slams their damn doors. (Rude!)

convenient location and staff was great. we had 4 rooms and everyone was ok except for the two handicapped rooms.

because we were in a handicap room I was very concerned about the bathroom door. I closed it and then couldn’t get out. had to wait till my husband to return to open the sliding door that has no handle on the inside of the bathroom. not happy. I felt trapped.

As soon as I walked in the front desk girl greet me with a big smile. I like that kind of people that smile. She booked me right away asking me if I had a preference of floor so I like staying on the first floor and sure enough there was one available. I love the room it's big ,super clean and the shades are perfect because they keep the room dark. There's just one thing that I haven't tried and that's the breakfast but next time I'll do.

The staff where very nice and friendly. When we need scissors they helped out and gave us some also had a a razor for me to have along with shaving cream. The room was very clean and well put together also when we need just an extra hour to get ready they where very nice and gave us that extra hour.

Nothing I loved every bit of my stay.

It was convenient, clean and extremely comfortable.

Assessable room was at the end of the hallway. A very long walk for me with mobility issues, and being extremely tired. Room would be better closer to the elevator.

It was very Clean and peaceful.the staff very helpful overall wonderful.

Is that I had to leave? Pray I get a free night's Stay with membership.

The King Suite was amaging, the location, staff, cleanliness & the breakfast was exceptional, will definitely stay here again, thank you!!!!!!!

The location was ideal...quiet, close to the venue we were attending as well as shops and eateries. It was very clean and offered breakfast. I will definitely stay again if the need arises.
