I had a pleasant stay at this motel, conveniently located near to halal dining options and grocery stores. The cleanliness of both the sheets and the bathroom was noteworthy. However, a couple of improvements that would enhance the experience include providing a hair dryer and a shower caddy to store shower essentials like shampoo and conditioner, as there was no suitable storage solution in the restroom, forcing us to place our items on the floor. No complimentary coffee, tea or drinking water was available in the room but the property had 2 vending machines for water/drinks and snacks.

Noise issue, One notable drawback of our stay was the noise levels, which allowed us to hear every sound, from our neighbors in the adjacent room to conversations outside our door. The worst was the noise of the cleaning service cart sound every time they passed by. Also the bed had a very loud creaking sound caused by its metal frame.

The morning staff older lady she is very rude and ugly bad customer service if I would hv known I would hv took my hard earn money sm were else she has a very ugly attitude 😑 when I first arrived but the young lady staff she's very great friendly and mk sure u feel like u at home also the housekeeping lady she is outstanding when it comes to cleaning room and very sanitized

i liked the value. tv was ok (could be improved)....wifi was excellent....recommend to have pots/pans available for use with stove....lobby coffee was excellent.....staff was superb, HVAC was excellent....hot water and shower were excellent.....(but where was soap and shampoo holder or stand in the shower stall??)

no pots or pans for cooking ( i should have asked but didn't).....there was not a soap or wash towel holder available in shower stall

Easy access, right off of the road. Friendly staff. Very clean room!! The room had a small kitchenette! The hotel was just the right size for 2 folks. We felt safe because there were not too many rooms. Consequently, the parking was excellent! Not to mention, well lit.

Actually, the only thing was one ceiling light was malfunctioning. The manger said she'd get that corrected.

There is no breakfast, so I buy some food and put it into fridge. Parking lot is sufficient for all cars. The room was clean. It has microvalve oven fridge, stove, TV. I did not have a chance to use them, as I only sleep there. There are some cafes around this place.

There is nothing bad I can say about this place.

Very friendly front desk. Nice newly redone room. Easy drive to TX Children's. Quiet at night.

Our shower had used soap in it from the previous occupants. The pillows were not comfortable at all, will definitely bring our own for future stays.

The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. They’ve made me feel like I’m safe, my items are safe and soo of my banking info that I use to pay!!

The only downside which is no fault of the property’s is the traffic noise you can hear.

This place was perfect for the purpose of our visit. There is a food truck village just across the street and we enjoyed philly cheese steaks for dinner from one of the trucks. The area was quiet and appeared safe to us.

We didn't find anything to complain about. It was an enjoyable stay.

had kitchen area. during our stay (end of January 2023) there were no pans or eating eating equipment in our unit so we bought pans and paper products so we could cook in unit.

no cooking eating utensils in unit at time of our visit. also no shelves in kitchen cabinets

There was a food truck park, half a block away. The room had a functional kitchenette so we could reheat the leftovers for a late night snack. Close to Constellation Field.

The location was difficult to get to because of the busy traffic.
