The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Love the that I was able to use cash as a deposit instead of a debit or credit card. (It's nice to get your money back right away and not have to wait a week for a card return especially when traveling)

There should be a thru lane that goes around the property. If you go around and don't find parking on backside where your room is your forced to exit the property and have to go all the way around the highway just to get back into the parking lot of the property. Backing up is an option if there is nobody behind you but both times in my case there was a car behind me and forced me to have to go out all the way around again.

Very nice room. Very clean. Night staff came to room when I was having difficulty using the TV remote. (Turns out the remote worked fine. I just didn't know how to use it correctly.) OOPS: I CONFUSED MOTELS AND WANTED YOU TO KNOW TO DELETE FROM MY ORIGINAL REVIEW THE PART ABOUT A STAFF PERSON HELPING ME WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL. THAT WAS AT ANOTHER FACILITY. PLEASE ADD THAT THE EXTERIOR GROUNDS WERE IMMACULATELY KEPT UP. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Breakfast was Ok, Not many Choices but for me works very well. as I normally have yogurt, coffee Toast, and fruit. Best Location it was close to where I had a conference.

The parking spaces to the south are too small. They once had compact cars written on the pavement but now it can barely be seen. Another customer damaged my vehicle and I’m extremely upset about it. Talked with General Manager but he informed me that your company is not responsible for damage. I will not stay there again due to this.

Friendly staff and the room cooled down fast & the beds were clean & comfortable. It passed my OCD inspection test!

The room was clean and comfortable. Vickie was amazing, so helpful and caring. Absolutely best receptionist help I’ve ever received. Thanks to her I was comfortable enough to stay.

Random people hanging out outside, made me feel uneasy. Also the pool was closed..

The only thing and I know its not U all fault every time I visit a Hotel near George Town the swimming pool is under construction

The Staff is amazing. The rooms spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed huge texas shaped waffles for breakfast. Our room felt like everything was brand new, the hotel just remodeled. We felt safe and relaxed the entire stay. Would definitely book again. The hotel is located near many shopping centers and close to so many exciting places. Our family had a wonderful stay all weekend.

The room is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Accessible to the freeway and the check-in were very straightforward.

I wish there were more hot food options for breakfast.
