The front desk receptionist was very professional and friendly. After we received our door pass we went on to our room to settle in. The king size bed was well made, contemporary design & room clean. When we went back out and passed the office, the receptionist got our attention as my husband left his truck keys on the desk. She kept the keys assuming we'd come back down once we discovered we left them. We were very grateful. All in all a good stay.

It appears some renovations were in progress - there was missing floor molding in a few places. I think signage about works in progress would have been appropriate.

There was actually a plumbing situation during my stay here an several floors were flooded by a burst pipe in the evening. I was very impressed with the swift and professional actions of the night staff to get the issue and guests taken care of.

The coffee in the lobby could be kept fresher/hotter. Perhaps replaced more often. This is not a criticism. I greatly appreciate the offering and I was able to heat it up in the provided microwave. thank you!

The staff were welcoming and friendly, our linen and room were clean and crisp, the bed and pilows were so comfy, check in and check out was smooth and quick, breakfast was great with lots of options from which to decide, we were conveniently placed near the elevator but surprisingly did NOT hear any disruptive noise. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for cleanliness, cost, breakfast, comfort, and location.

Nobody was at the counter when we walked in for check in and once or twice during our stay. So we had to wait a bit to check in and the floors in the elevators were dirty.

Shelia from trip advisor in the breakfast lounge literally made you feel like yall had known each other for years! She taught me how to make use of the tray in the room to bring breakfast & the next day had clean tables pushed together for my family in a matter of seconds & also helped get me kiddos drinks!! She is amazing at her job!!! 10/10 made our stay!! Breakfast is what mainly draws me to hotels & price!!! Shelia you rock girl !

The property was really nice the lady at the front desk her name was jordan she has excellent costumer service skills and was very helpful before i even arrived big s/o to her and the lady that makes the breakfast or sets it up i couldn’t remember her name but she was a big help and awsome as well this hotel was a great place to stay and was actually near everthing

Everything was perfect

The Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who took care of breakfast. She was amazing and so kind! I was glad to have coffee available throughout the day.

The Google maps info is incorrect. A local shuttle is not provided. We were told breakfast was until 10, but it wasn't. They said it was written on the paper they gave me with the keys, but it wasn't. The bathroom door in my room 215 was warped by water damage. Rooms are not automatically cleaned every day. It's an inconvenience to have to request it. It should be done anyway and new towels provided. One night there was not enough parking and we had to go to the Joe's Crab shack parking lot.

The breakfast was not good to me the orange juice was bad, the oatmeal was running, the cereal, eggs and sausage was ok. Really like the peach yogurt

The breakfast, and the television, me as nd my husband did not have alot of channels, most hotel I go to have more channels for customer to see, you all channel was very limited. I like sports I could not get maybe one sports channel, slot of your sports, but you all fid have channel was not working, I you all was trying to negotiate with the subscriber. The customer service was very good

The breakfast options were great! My family appreciated the varity of hot and cold options. fresh fruits, hot and cold cereal and grab and go options as well. All around a great breakfast! The property was centrally located to resturants, shopping and both family friendly and adult entertainment.

Early check-in was not an option. After a long drive, it would have been great to be able to check in an hour early. Other than the indviduals at the front desk and the empoyee running the breakfast no one else I interacted with could speak english.

The room was clean and the staff left a nice note and little rubber duck! However we left it there. We did get extended time to leave until 1 instead of 11 checkout.

The maid came by in the morning and knocked on the door about 8:00 am. We did forget to add the knocker on the door.

Very Nice accommodations & Lobby. Large & comfortable sitting area in room. Bed was comfortable. Linens and plenty of towels were very nice. Water bottles in room. Good choice of items for breakfast. Location is near highway, but off enough to be in quiet area without having to listen to traffic all night.
