The bed was very comfortable and the shower was adequate. The room was large enough for myself and another family member. And the rate for the night was fair and not overly expensive.

I was a little disappointed that the breakfast had been discontinued due to covid. Which I think is a very sorry excuse in light of the trajectory of travel right now. I was helping my son move several States over and we had a 20 ft truck in which we had to do a lot of maneuvering to get it into a safe area in the parking lot. The hotel did not have a lot of space it was quite tight there. Staff on duty was a younger person they definitely won't win a Congeniality contest will just say that.

Gentleman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind. My seminar ended early and he allowed me to check in early, for which I was extremely grateful because it was a very long week. My room was quiet, extremely clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The room even smelled good, like it had an air freshener somewhere. The shower was scalding hot and the water pressure high. The Wifi was great. I had a deliverable project wherein I needed strong wifi and had no issues. I'll definitely stay here again when in San Antonio.

Beds were very comfortable, staff was very friendly, location was good, but a little to close to the exit ramp. If your on the access road, it's easier to get into the parking lot.

The a/c in our room could have been a little colder, but it was comfortable. In our 2nd room no complaints, a/c was cold. My kids had a great time.

I was here for work for 6 weeks and this was the perfect spot. Clean, tidy, and great staff. The hotel looks like it’s been recently renovated, so all the paint and carpet looks new. But instead of that drab hotel look they used nice colors so it feels like a cute Bed and Breakfast in England or a cool Boutique hotel. But at still a great price. About an 8-minute drive to Whole Foods and everything you’ll need in terms of shopping, movie theatre, and eating out. Great people working here, I literally spent 6 weeks in this hotel, so I know. Everyone is super nice, respectful, and professional. Some of the staff have been here 25 years. A few of the management that work the reception area are also owners it appears. All in all it seems that employee morale is high and it shows in not only every little detail, but in the overall good vibe of the place.

There was no breakfast due to COVID but food close by. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The best thing was the staff- the housekeeper we namer took extra care of us and was super friendly. She also checked us out when time to leave. Hotel close to airport dining and activities we had planned. Pool was nice and cool on hot days!

you could hear guest coming and going from rooms like doors opening and closing or hear them in hallways or even heard their phones. noise reduction on the doors like for the gaps probably would help

There was no Free Breakfast. One of the reasons I reserved the room was on the condition of having breakfast on the premises . It was fine, but still a bit of a let down. The Staff was very friendly very accommodating. Still a great deal for price.

I had to make unexpected stop on my way to FL. Needed a place to stay on short notice, close to hotel. Days Inn was near the hotel, the most affordable in the area. It turned out to be clean, comfortable, 5 min away from the airport. Staff was great. There was a free shuttle to the airport
