The nice comfy clean room. The extra amenities; free meals & drinks.

Was noisy that Thursday. Housekeeping staff & person above. Also didn't like the ton of confusion upon check in. The assistant manger, was stating things like they don't really work with y'all, that the pricing with y'all is off; wrong. I mean, she threw y'all under the bus! I told her, I've never had an issue with them regarding pricing. Sooooo much hell, literally first day, upon arriving. Confusion of whether or not, you all had added the deposit in the amount or not. Because it said "taxes and fees". I mean, that could mean anything ("fees"). So basically, I was trying to get clarity; a breakdown. That did not happen! Until- I saw my receipt upon leaving. So, 3 days of sheer wondering 🤦‍♀️ When I should have been mentally* relaxing.

I liked everything! The even had a happy hour I mostly missed, but it had a lot! Pasta, hotdogs, chili, just for starts, beer and wine and some mixed drinks, you could really do some damage there! The coffee machine in the room puts out some righteous brew. I brought my requisite half n half so I don't know what they had for creamer. Breakfast was more than expected with two kinds of eggs, sausage gravy, oatmeal, and waffles, I think, plus more. I didn't have to buy breakfast at the airport! The bed was super comfy and the aircon was quiet. The gym was also loaded, had a great workout on many pieces of new equipment with TVs. Excellent! Get this, the airport shuttle was on demand! None of this on the hour and half hour fistfight business. I was the solo flyer at 0615 and the driver came around in minutes. 24/7, the driver serves 4 hotels in close proximity, very efficient! See this big ticket, national hotels? You can offer all this, too, but you don't !!

Hard to improve on this stay! My only small issue was trying to tune the tv properly on the gym equipment! It was a bit of a challenge to figure out but obviously a very small matter!

Everything was great! From the start we were greeted with smiles. It felt nice to feel like you were welcome, I don't always get that perception at other hotels. Love that they serve happy hour drinks and snacks and the breakfast in the morning is awesome! Location is right near the airport which is great but you have no issues with noise. We stayed in a king suite which was spotless. The bed was so comfortable I really wish I could've taken it home with me. Can't wait to visit again.

Stunning hotel, really beautiful. Our room was huge, the bed was about 3ft high! Good facilities, interesting breakfast (our first taste of biscuits and gravy!) The best bit for me was the staff, they were so friendly and helpful and cheerful. We are booking this hotel for the way home too, and I am looking forward to it. We will be trying to pool next time :)

There is nothing I didn't like. It was great.

This hotel is perfect. Very clean, great location, great customer service, front desk clerk when we checked in was amaizing. This hotel has a great lobby area where you can sit and relax. It also has complimentary dinner and drinks and complimentary breakfast. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to San Antonio.

The ladies that were working the front desk Saturday did an amazing job with a customer who was very upset about something and they couldn't do much about the situation. He kept coming back and they did not get frustrated or upset, they just kept telling him the policy. We watched the whole interaction, and I was super impressed by their professionalism.

Everything was so good! Excellent evening meal and drinks. And oh the bed and pillows!

The only complaint we had was there was no hot water at 3am when we were getting ready to go to the airport. And the shuttle driver did not take my 70 year old sister in laws bag in or out of the shuttle for her!

This was a great location, very close to the airport and not too far from downtown with shopping right now the street if needed. Our room was spacious and the facilities were very clean.

We were disappointed in some misinformation regarding breakfast to go and the availability of the airport shuttle. We ended up needing to keep our rental car for an extra day due to our early morning flight and the unavailability of the shuttle and we were also unable to get breakfast to go as one staff member told us would be available when we checked in. Not terrible if you have all the information upfront, but it did lead to some extra unexpected expenses that made it not as great of a value for us.

Although we booked with you because we were excited about the free breakfast we were so tired from the competition that we had just attended that we ended up sleeping in and missing out on the free breakfast! your staff is friendly, helpful and efficient, just a true treat as far as customer service goes. We will come back to your hotel based on the service that we received from them. We loved your beds, your TV placement in the double bed room, your pillows, the bathrooms, the free parking.everything was great! I would say the one thing that I think could be better is, I could hear a lot of sounds from the next room, it was a little unpleasant. Just want to add that my granddaughter loved the little cubbies underneath the dresser she thought that they were for shoes and that really made her happy. Also your checkout staff the next morning was phenomenal! Thank you.

Great room, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, pretty standard fare for a free breakfast deal. Sorry we could not make the happy hour and get to have a drink and mingle, but that is a nice perk too.

Was a little put off by being charged an early check-in fee, when the room was completely ready when we arrived. We asked for it because my wife is disabled and needed to lay down after traveling.
