Staff was very friendly, security is good when parking your vehicle in the garage. My husband loved that there was an ApppleBees restaurant in the same parking lot. Where we live at they took away his favorite restaurant and little did we know that there would be an Applebees! YAY! Also the breakfast is delicious!!

construction work in front of the hotel but at least its temporary until it gets finished. That is what is to be expected at times when visiting a big city. Also I like that the hotel offered complimentary drinks however the time to get the drinks the timing should be more flexible instead of 5-7.

This place was great for the whole family! The complementary breakfast and dinner/snack bar were great! The kids enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool, me and my husband enjoyed a nice quiet evening in the terrace with complementary coffee, they also have free popcorn and drinks during the day which was great for the kids, the room was also great! Everything was nice and clean! We booked the 2 Queen beds with a sofa bed and it worked out great for our family, price was very good for the service we received. Cannot complain about anything. I definitely recommend!!!!

Very nice breakfast. Only one staff member was friendly Initial greeting at desk was slow and cold as ice. Reception didn’t smile, say hello or act friendly. When I asked where the closest COSTCO was I got very poor directions and was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes. That night when we went to dinner we passed the COSTCO about 1/2 mile from the hotel on the same side of the same service road . Maybe 3 minutes away.

See above comments. The map of directions on your website is a joke, totally useless. Finding the hotel was very difficult even with a navigation system in a new luxury car and with WAZE.

Great place to bring the family for a vacation. Great location with tons of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Theme parks and public parks are within the perfect radius. The indoor pool and hot tub is a plus. The 6th floor is the best place to be. The free breakfast and kick back is always a good plus can never go wrong. The 3 cherry sours were might good as well. Such an amazing staff as well.

The Hotel was very nice. I really liked the security to park your vehicle. The free breakfast and dinner was a great extra.

We had a room with double queen beds that were comfortable but a love seat sofa and a small table would have been nice. It only had a desk with a chair and a small lounger. The fridge was very small with no freezer. For a room for four people it could have been more accommodating.

Breakfast was great we had several items to choose from. Our room was clean and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous.

The construction around the hotel and in the area was awful. I realize that was not your fault. And the very loud guest next door to me .

Location was good for the things we were there to do. Really liked breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the indoor pool.

Out of the four nights we stayed, I requested room service for at least one day to get clean towels, trash taken out and all that but we never got it.

The facility itself is very clean and welcoming, the staff is absolutely amazing at this location. My boyfriend thought he left his wallet at a store that would be closed till the following week we were panicked because he id, driver's license and all his cards were in it. Since they had our card on file we decided to stay till we could go get his wallet and the young lady gave is discount. She really didn't have to but it was such a nice gesture, she saw how distressed we were and wanted to do something nice for us and it meant a lot. We found the found the wallet but ended up exploring more of San Antonio.

They were amazing and went above and beyond

The hot breakfast was great. There were a lot of options and everything was fresh and all trays were full. There was one lady in particular that went above and beyond in the dining area. She even offered to throw food away and took our plates when we were finished. We were on a doctors visit 4 hours away from home, so my daughter woke up late and she wanted milk but by the time she reached the kitchen/dining area they had picked up and were already cleaning, but that same young lady went out of her way to get her some milk.

The way we felt safe parking our vehicle in the garage. Employees super nice since the 1st day we checked in up to the last day we checked out.

Rooms were a bit pricey but I guess it's to cover the delicious complementary continental breakfast, dinner and drinks!
