The location is perfect, right next to the Rim where you can shop and eat. The suite was a the perfect size and loved that it came with a kitchenette. The staff on my check-in day were exceptional, very friendly and quick.

The bathroom was not as clean as I expected. There was hair everywhere, it needed at least another go around with a broom and mop. The room was also a little hot. The check-in receptionist on my 2nd day did not look happy, almost like she didn't want to be there.

Breakfast was included with my booking, but when I went down for breakfast there was no hot breakfast to be found. I asked the lady at the front desk and she explained they were doing “brown bag” breakfasts due to Covid. I was disappointed at first, but when I made it back to my room and opened my bag, I was very pleased with the breakfast items they provided. Quaker oatmeal cups, tropicana orange juice, activia yogurt and bagels. They had fresh brewed coffee as well that was really good. I appreciated their effort.

I had to book the room last minute, and ended paying $300 for just one night’s stay. The property is new, but that was definitely over priced. I’d stay again for a reasonable rate, but would never pay $300 for just one night again.

tv located in a weird way inside the room, just had surgery when we arrived, and the check in lady was taking so long saying we haven't payed, gave us the furthest room in the top floor. I´ve stayed here before and this was our first bad experiencie with the room and the check in.

Rooms a little small but not bad for price and area.

We reserved 2 rooms, when we went to check in our rooms were on 2 seperate floors. My husband and our 3 kids would have been too far apart for us to get ready and leave in timely manners. The person at the front desk understood and put us in new rooms on the same floor across the hall from each other. This was extremely helpful.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The reception staff was excellent - so friendly! Our doggies were welcomed here with open arms. The breakfast was OK, not the best we've had, but OK. But overall a really good experience.

Everything was clean. Room was a great size. Bathroom was big. Breakfast was so good. Definitely would stay again.

Shower head had the worst pressure. Definitely needs replacing or better grade.

Excellent property. Cozy rooms and good kitchen facilities.

The placement of the TV to the side wall of the bed and only a half glass-wall covering the showerplace were the only weird parts of the room.

Stayed here close to grandson and went to 40th anniversary. Very nice stay and was very clean!

Breakfast was great! Great customer service! Great housekeepers! Front desk staff was very professional. Felt welcomed when I checked in.
