The location and the staff were excellent. The staff was very friendly and while we were there only one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast there the bar staff was very quick, friendly, and accomodating. We were able to get a ride from the shuttle at 4:30am and that was very helpful.

The rooms were clean, but slightly outdated in decor. The TV in our room was missing the remote control, I could not find it anywhere. The laminate flooring in the bathroom had some minor gaps. Overall it was a nice clean, quiet room but for $200 a night I thought I needed to provide context for others.

I appreciated the desk clerk's willingness to accommodate my family even though Booking.com had failed to confirm my reservation upon arrival at the hotel and we were left without a room. There were no complications or issues, which made the situation less stressful.

I had a negative experience with Booking.com as they failed to confirm my reservation at the Seattle Embassy Suite. Their desk clerk did manage to accommodate my family after our long journey across the country. However, I was charged twice the amount because Booking.com claimed that I had not cancelled my reservation with them in time. Although Embassy Suites told me that I had no reservation on file! Consequently, I ended up being charged over $1,000 for just one room and one night, which was disappointing.

After reading reviews I was a little scared and wondering if I should cancel but I decided not to and I’m so happy I didn’t. Traveled with my husband and 6 yr old daughter. Room was great. It had a king sized bed.. also a sofa bed in the living room area with its own tv for my daughter. There’s a door that separates room from living room area for privacy. Refrigerator, sink, bathtub were all clean.Breakfast was served until 10:30am which is awesome because we were able to sleep in after six flags lol. Breakfast had eggs pancakes bacon sausage cold cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, potatoes, coffee, milk, and fountain drinks. Also there’s an omelette station where they cook it right in front of you. Pool was clean and open until 11:00pm. Area was 4 mins away from gas station and fast food restaurants. My daughter enjoyed the elevator view going up to our room. So if you travel with kids ask for top floor so they can enjoy that experience as well. Also floor was very quiet as you won’t really hear breakfast in the morning or bar at night

More towels in the room. There was three of us and only 2 towels. Luckily after reading reviews I took my own. But shouldn’t have to. Also there’s no room service until 4th day of stay. Which is fine I don’t need someone making my bed every morning however… extra trash bags, towels, and toilet paper would be nice.

Pros: very clean room and bathroom, fantastic breakfast that offered made to order omelets, evening reception offered extensive menu of cocktails, felt safe on the property.

Cons: did not have coffee/tea offered 24/7 like other hotels, fold-out couch was very uncomfortable to sit on, evening reception food was stale Chex mix and cheap crudités (I was expecting more proteins or charcuterie type snacks of this caliber hotel)

The location is close to the airport and about 20 minutes away from downtown. Breakfast was excellent and the lines at the live omelet station were never too long. The most I had to wait was about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious.

The cloth iron provided in the room was dirty. It spoiled my shirt when I tried to iron it. Had to spend $8 to get it cleaned through the hotel's laundry. A school band was also staying at the same time as us, and we were woken up early on weekend mornings with some rather loud music. The front desk gave us assurances but the music went on unabated. Happened on all days of our stay.

Everything! The bed was comfortable, the food was great, the staff was so friendly! Will definitely stay here again. Loved that we could see the planes taking off and coming in but never heard them! My kids loved this hotel, too.

The pool tiles need a good scrubbing, as well as the pool room needing to be updated, but really it wasn't a bother and we had fun anyway.

Very friendly staff, great food and fun happy hour crowd. The room was wonderful and so close to the airport. 5 stars!!

I wouldn't change anything. I was exhausted from a long week of helping family and I really needed to pamper myself with a cheeseburger, glass of wine, and relax with the TV before my flight the next day.

I left early before breakfast.

There was no single bottle of drinking water in the room. All other hotels I have been to provided 1 or 2 bottles od drinking water. Not having any was disappointing. There was also a coffee maker, but no sugar, coffee or tea packets. This was also very disappointing.

The rooms were updated and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was a nice retreat from a long trip and fun-filled days. The pool is heated and the hot tub was great!

Shuttle is advertised. I had to call several times upon arrival to be picked up. On my departure morning I was told there was no shuttle service. Disappointing after I had spoken with someone at the desk the previous evening. I was told that all I needed to do was to request shuttle service 10-15 minutes prior to need. Also, I asked for a refresher on the coffee & condiments for coffee offered in the room. Coffee was replenished but no creamers!
