it was quiet

I sent my son to get more towels cause they didn’t put enough in the room for 3 people they only had 2 sets and I don’t use the same towel twice and my son was questioned as if he was an adult How many people in the room and etc and when I asked the man he was just arrogant saying you only booked for 3 people I said it’s only 3 people there and he answered I’m gonna watch the camera and from that moment I was ready to go and I won’t stay there again because my family doesn’t have time for that I should get a damn refund cause the way he went about the situation over towels I didn’t like if you gone have a fit over giving out towels then close your hotel

The hotel was pretty good for the price. Everything in the room looked pretty new so that was good.

Maintenance just needs to be more clean because there was a condom rapper in the room( not mine) and a couple of hairs in the bed( also not mine).

I love the full size kitchen fridge/freezer. We brought pizza boxes back to the room and I was happy that the entire box was able to fit in the fridge. I also like the size of the room. It honestly feels large enough to be a studio apartment. I also appreciated the quick and easy check in.

I don't like the color of the sheets. They're a beige color and it comes across as looking dirty. It looks like it was supposed to be white but it isn't even though it is obviously just an off white color.

The room was clean and the night clerk did not make me use the night window.

The tv cable was crap. I travel a lot and really like to get caught up on the news and watch a little TV to wind down. When there is no guide to see what's on and I have to scroll through channels that take 5-10 seconds to load it is more agrivating than driving in rush hour traffic.

Very comfortable home like room

The toilet in the first room that was give. To us toilet didn’t flush an over flowed it already had toilet in it ..... the second was better but the I couldn't sleep because I keep hearing banging come from the room next to us like they were moving stuff around an stomping on the floor...an there was not much lighting in the room .....

It was 2miles from the stockshow which is great. Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. I like the no carpet in the room. The manager Kailash was very nice even after i had a late check in. All staff was nice and friendly. Had no sketchy people around. The El grand tapatio mexican food was good right down the road

Nothing really if u want a cooktop to cook there wasnt one in the kitchenette. But nice big fridge microwave two sinks.

very clean, rooms were comfortable and workers were very attentive to our needs.

Iwas seeing tv and plugged in my blow dryer which caused the power to go out

Staff was nice. The place recently got renovated and very clean. This is definitely a overall high 2-stars to 3-star hotel. Not to mention, the wifi is considered high speed, +25mbps and sometime higher; most budget hotel internet is not usable. RokuTv is added bonus. Needed to extend an extra day and the staff was able to extended and price matched to a lower than booked rate.

The door toward the street can be better seal to reduce traffic noise, but didn't bother me at night since the AC cancel that out. Adding a black out curtains would be nice.

Ended up needing another night for the stockshow so i booked again. Very pleased even my kids were happy. The TV has roku so i assume you can log into your Netflix account. We didnt try we barely watched TV. Comfortable bed and pillows. Two sinks outside the bathroom and a table with chairs. I even had room for a workout.

Nothing really. Towels were kinda thin but not a big deal at all.

The man at the front desk is nice and helpful. The beds are comfortable and I like the fact that they had two layers of bed protection.

I didnt like the fact that the house keeper put a dirty spread back on my bed, she half cleaned the room. You would think the amout of money and them only cleaning the rooms twice a week it would be properly cleaned.
