I liked how clean the property was and how friendly the staff was. also I loved that they cleaned the room every day. also the cleaners were very honest and nothing was taken from the room. the inn is in a somewhat secluded area so not a lot of noise either. great place and great people.

there are a few things that I did not like. the bathroom must be updated. the toilet seat felt like it was made for children and very hard to use. a problem we’ve never faced before. I didn’t even know they made toilet seats this small. also the water pressure from the shower head was almost nonexistent due to the hard water of San Antonio and the lack of maintenance.

Location. All stores and restaurants needed in a 2 mile radius. Even family close by. Loved the secure feeling of parking lot with one entrance only. And surrounded by wall and fence. Lighting is excellent at night. Cool, clean rooms.

Nothing everything was fine.

This is an old hotel, but we'll maintained. The owners seem to have worked hard to ensure it is in good a shape. The location is ideal, just a short drive to most places a visitor to SA would want to go.

I wasn't fond of the pillows. The room's only chair was sketchy.

It's location was close to all stores and restraunts you could need. Close to our family that we visited. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff very nice. Parking is very well lit. And one entrance parking lot. Very secure, felt safe even at night.

Nice big room; comfy big bed spotlessly clean; safe; microwave & fridge; lovely helpful and friendly staff/ front desk; clean towels daily.

Bus into downtown quite infrequent; toiletries could be better as could TV choice;

Counters were dirty . We always take our own cleaning wipes to make sure everything is sanitized. Our wipes were pretty dirty by the time we wiped the counters. Also it would have been nice if they had a pool

The Mission Inn has everything I need for an overnight stay in San Antonio. The rooms are always clean, the beds are always comfortable. Everything works in the hotel as it should. If there are ever any issues, then management is quick to fix them. I have stayed here for years and plan on using them again for the majority of my stays in San Antonio.

A great deal and a very clean room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Obviously and older motel, but very well kept and maintained overall. Satisfied with the cleanliness of our room and the service from the staff. The parking lot was well lit and enclosed. Stayed here for the TMEA convention, and the location and price for value was great. Will stay here again next year.

the location is pretty close to my girlfriend apartment

nothing well maybe the price I think 60 excluding taxes would be better

It was a clean room, comfortable bed and we had nice check in with the woman at the desk. We only stayed the one night but we will come again and stay here again.
