Location was good and hotel room was clean.
They charged me again and over the price of booking.com when I arrived even after I told them I had already paid online. I call/email Booking.com and the hotel refunded the same day.

Close to activities, Bluewater and at a good price. Centre is walkable during the daytime. Seems to have been recently renovated. Try the river walk from Bluewater to the Centre Brian was super helpful and friendly

The staff was accomidating and friendly. The property was very clean and appealing to the view. Enjoyed my stay with no issues.
The bed were my only issue, they were a little firm but was manageable. Other than that all good with our stay.

Very clean and well-kept. Finishes are modern and give it a new look despite the age of the hotel. Very close to downtown, we took uber everywhere without having to break the bank.

The room was very clean with great updates in the bathroom.
It was a good experience but the bed was really tall. My daughter fell from it but she was okay. She's not used to tall beds. The room was not super spacious but we thought it was a good deal.

Owner was very pleasant even though I didn't check in until 2am due to flight delays. Bed was comfortable. New shower was great.
Location appeared to be in a less desirable area of the city.
