They charge a deposit for damaged property and dirty linen when the room was damaged and the linen was dirty when it should have clean linen, room should look like new, and be able to replace the furniture with the deposit they have received. Homeless people in the area.

I didn't see any breakfast facility in the lobby but there was a restaurant in the front parking lot of the Hotel - Very Good variation of food to select from and very good tasting.

NOT VERY MUCH ! Everything was good clean and the lobby management was very pleasant ! The housekeeper on duty the day we checked in was VERY HELPFUL with assisting me when my remote would not work. She took the time to download the instructions on how to connect the universal unit .. VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL !!

Go-to list always includes water pressure, AC, beds, and location. The AC was very cool and not loud enough to disturb my slumber. The water pressure could use some umpf, but, on that note, the water got very hot very quickly which is awesome. The room was clean and the toilet flushed great. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp and white. I was pleased with my visit and do plan if in the area to stay there again. Front desk was very polite. There is plenty of parking and there is also a pool. We did not get to use the pool but from where I could see it was nice. There is a microwave and fridge.

Shower pressure could use some more umpf

I liked the location and that the staff was very friendly. Almost all hotels are not having room service because of the covid but if you need towels or anything you ask for it and they give it to you.

Some of the towels were a little stained but I kept using the ones that looked good or even ask for new ones. That was no problem. The shower could look better but even though everything was great and for the price even better.

We arrived there because we Left other hotel where we had a bad experience so we Left from that hotel at 11pm ... And get to Oyo hotel almost at midnight. The front desk man where very kind with us, we just stayed there for a night, but it was a very good experience., It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

there is nothing I did not like

I wasn't expecting much from this place when I booked the rooms after reading the very bad reviews from the more popular hotels. I went with his hotel because it's right by the expressway and the price was excellent. When I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was and smelled clean, bed very comfortable, laminate wood-look floors (no nasty carpet) and running hot water. Staff was very accommodating. We originally needed the rooms for two nights but because of work we had to cancel one night. I called on our date of arrival to cancel check-in for that day. They modified our reservation with no extra fees. I will definitely stay at this location again.

The deposit you have to give when checking in. It does get refunded once when you Check out (can take up to 3 days) and there are no damages to room. But that does not make it a deal breaker.

Like I've said before in recent stays there I've never been upset bout the place the room nice the pool great rate it real good

Some of the quest appeared to be longterm, as in month to month, so early evenings had a air of neighborhood comfort ie; kids riding bikes, families congregating in communal areas.

It was affordable and the staff was friendly

At 8am someone was drilling in a wall and doing some kind if maintenance or construction work right next to me. I went to sleep at 5am, so this was beyond annoying, especially since I was not warned beforehand
