Loved the facility. ERICA was amazing at helping us considering booking.com mislead us into thinking we were getting a double room. Room was clean. Will stay there again, we just will not book through this site.

Booking.com mislead us into believing we were booking.com a double room. Gave us the option and wasn't available.

They had no issues with my 80lb dog and my 65lb service dog. The room was way bigger than I expected. The bathroom was super clean. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. My dogs loved being able to play because of the large room. I also couldn't hear anyone else when I was in my room. I also have a disability and the staff was super happy to accommodate.

Nothing was bad. I didn't have a single issue with the place.

Bed was comfortable. Lots of table space. My daughter and I worked a 500 piece puzzle. :-) Stayed there because it had a kitchen and we didn't want to eat out.

We didn't watch TV but if we would have I would have been disappointed because the TV was pretty small.

The bathroom was spacious. Beds were average comfort. I like them softer. It was nice to have a full kitchen with full size fridge and dishes. Thank you for accepting pets.

It appears the building has been remodeled but not very well. A lot of floor tiles in the bathroom were not attached to the floor. Paint could use some touching up. I mostly noticed what I could see from sitting on the toilet because I spent the most time looking at it from there.

It was nice.

The carpet was wet in one corner of the room and got our stuff wet. I thought maybe they had cleaned it at first. But it was wet for the whole time we were there.

Breakfast was unremarkable rest of the facilities was wonderful clean and well run

It said Breakfast provided this really meant you could purchase cereal or frozen sausage biscuits

The staff was very friendly. Also, the room that I booked was not available so I was upgraded to a king suite.

We loved the suite aspect of the facilities. We had a refrigerator, hot plate, dishwasher--dishes. It saved us money from eating out when we just needed a quick bite.

Very clean, spacious, friendly staff, easy check in and check out, kitchenette is very convenient.

For the price compared to other hotels in the area I think your rooms are outdated. Chairs and sofas were worn out. No breakfast offered.

The hotel did not offer breakfast.. But the small kitchen in the room Was excellent idea for me to make my own.
