Heated pool, good breakfast choices and had a covered area to smoke

The internet sucked ,our room did not have a bath tub, took Christmas decor down the day after Christmas, put us across from a elevator after I asked them not too. Husband took a very hot steamy shower which set off the in-room fire alarm. I guess it was the hotel manager or owner came to our room to see what happened. We told him but he seemed like he didn't belivie us. All the staff seem rude and one watched me while I was getting breakfast one morning acting like I was stealing something.

This place is a gem. Very clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. The place is clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and well lit. The bathroom is large and clean. We enjoyed a great breakfast before hitting the road. The location is easy to find and very close to I-30. We did not hear any road noise at all! While we didn't use them, the pool is located inside and there is a very well equipped exercise room

We were very pleased. I can't think of a thing I didn't like here.

The breakfast and the bed. The bed was very comfortable - we slept straight through the night which is rare! Also the breakfast was amazing! They had two waffle makers, and not two breakfast sides but FOUR! They served eggs, biscuits & gravy, hash browns and sausage. Very pleased. When you're trying to reach your destination breakfast is crucial.

Clean and good value for one night stay. The breakfast room was constantly kept clean during breakfast hours. The breakfast was hot with several options. My child left something in the room. We called and they had found it and were saving it for us for our return trip through.

Hallways were hot. Beds were firmer than I like.

The staff member working the reception desk during check in had no personally, she acted as if we were bothering her. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff was friendly and did a good job.

Breakfast was good - a variety of food options including waffles. Room was clean. Pack n play was already in our room when we checked in (after calling the morning of to ask).

Not a great value. Mini fridge was frosted over and therefore not cold when we got there (easy fix, but still something we had to do).

Very nice, very clean. The breakfast had sausage links, gravy, biscuits scrambled eggs hash browns. Plentiful breakfast but not hot, it was barely warm. They need to turn the warmer heat up on it. (No microwave in dining area) Speaking of heat,, it was a cold night and the Heat system was perfect and noise free. Very clean comfy bed and pillows.

The only available ADA room was on the second floor, and the elevator was broken. The staff did nicely switch us to a ground floor room. If one hadn't been available, this could have been a problem. My wife has mobility challenges, and going up stairs is especially difficult for her.

Property was well kept, inside & out. Close to events that I was attending. Room/bathroom was very nice and clean. Bed was confortable. Would stay again when in area.

Need a larger street sign so you can see where to turn. The service road is one way, so if you miss the turn, you have to loop back around the interstate to get back to the hotel.

It was easy to get to. The facilities are always very clean. We’ve stayed here multiple times. We are always happy to return to this location. We always feel welcome and safe. And their breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts.
