Very clean

The rule of "we don't rent rooms to locals within 30 miles of address". We had a gas leak at our house so we needed a place to stay for the night. They ended up allowing us to stay but the rule is really unnecessary. I understand everyone is not the same but deal with those individuals as they come. That's what the credit card hold is for and local law enforcement. Correct?

Room was clean comfortable , and quiet . Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly .Complimentary breakfast was good .would like to see bananas at breakfast . Very peaceful.place to stay .l Would like to see step by step operating instructions on equipment in fitness center , especially bike machine . Would like to come back in the future.

Lovely and clean property with super friendly staff. We arrived late at night and was greeted by friendly staff. Beds are large and comfortable. The room had a nice sized fridge with a microwave. The hot breakfast included was great with plenty of options. We enjoyed great conversation with other guest who were super friendly especially after finding out we were from Australia! Appreciated the mid day check out too! Whilst the gym was small it was functional for a work out.

The bed were great, the room was quiet and breakfast was very good.

The only thing I did not care for was the odor of the room when we first entered. It got better. I guess our noses got use to it.

The staff was super friendly, and the room was spotless. The beds were also very comfortable.

The smart tv did not connect to the WiFi, the locker was non-functioning, and it was never mentioned on the web that the pool was closed.

The housekeeping staff was completely amazing! When they cleaned our room first morning they rearranged our kids stuffies on the bed and made them so cute! It's the small things that keep us coming back!

Breakfast could use a lil flavor lol but it is free sooooo.... what can u expect?

Best breakfast we have ever had. Room was comfy. Most of the desk staff was helpful. Disappointed that the guests didn't pick up after themselves eating outside on patio, not fault of staff tho,

Pricey but we had to go to family events and we had the $$. Just much more tham we are used to paying, don't stay at BW that much.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of options.

The handicap-accessible room we got was on the second floor. In the event of a fire, we would not have been able to use the elevator, and the stairs in a wheelchair would have been a challenge. The room itself was perfect.

Breakfast was hot and delicious with all my favorite drinks hot and cold. And exceptional staff cleaning throughout the dining area, super sweet and polite. I will definitely stay again.
