Can never go wrong with Best Western. The complimentary breakfasts are actually breakfasts, and not just a cereal bar, bagels, and some fruit. The staff is professional and friendly — specifically Kristy (sp?) who worked breakfast, and the gentleman who checked us in and worked the night shift. The pool was super clean, and the pool towels were always stocked. Easy check in/check out process, and the staff is attentive and helpful.

This hotel is a good representative of the Best Western Plus concept. I've learned by experience that the ownership/management company is the determining factor in whether or not the hotel lives up to its advertised qualities. Best Western has not done a good job in assuring that their standards are met by some operators, but this location is very good. The front desk clerk that checked me in i had a couple of interactions with and she is a keeper! Breakfast service was very good.

like all hotels these days, towel service is skimpy. There were enough, but barely.

The room was very large and very comfortable. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite. The value for the price was outstanding! The breakfast was good and the staff working in the dining area were wonderful! They were very friendly and accommodating. The house keeping staff were friendly too.

We stayed at the Best Western on our way to Texas and on our way back. Both times, the front desk staff were not rude but they certainly were not friendly. They also didn't greet us as we left and returned to the hotel. I think that some customer service training is in order for those people. They are the first people to deal with customers and the impression they left us was that they didn't really care. Everything else was great!

First of all the young man at the front desk was absolutely perfect with impeccable customer service which was such a relief when you have been traveling and are so tired. He was able to get me a room I requested (not far walking distance) and everything was just perfect from start to finish. Walking into the room was very pleasant as well, felt clean and safe and the bed and room were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I am on that area

Closer parking for handicap. Maybe some water bottles in the room along with the coffee.

Short stop over on our way back home. The room was exceptionally clean with soft large queen sized beds. Great smelling and spacious room. Clean showers and bathroom facilities. John checked us in and notified us that the WIFI was out, but it was not an issue. The BREAKFAST was great!!! We have stayed at many motels and hotels over the past year at many large chains and noticed the poor quality of free breakfasts, but BEST WESTERN delivered a wonderful breakfast. Kudos to the staff at this location. Excelsior!!!

Like all modern motels/ hotels the low water pressure in the showers due to water conservation policies. Everything else was amazing and professionally handled.

The man at the front desk was extremely nice which gave me a wonderful first impression of the hotel. The room was very comfortable. I loved having a thermostat on the wall to control the ac/heat as opposed to the standard controls on the unit itself. The beds were super comfy.

There wasn't any coffee for the coffee maker and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. I understand needing to control water usage but if the pressure is too low, showers tend to take longer causing more water usage in my opinion. The soda machine on our floor was jammed and would not allow the bottles to be dispensed. I was easily reimbursed at the front desk with an apology but I feel the machine should have been turned off and an "out-of-order" sign posted until the problem could be addressed.

Rhe staff person who greeted us was personable and charming,, 10/10. I had to compliment him personally during our stay.. The room was modern and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well appointed. Big tub, which I appreciated. Very clean.

I would have liked tea in the room.

we asked for our room to be cleaned on the third day. We left at 8:30 am and returned at 6 pm that evening. Our bed was made but there was no towels, toilet paper and items (including coffee )to made coffee . I called the front office and the nice young man bought up 2 towels and toilet paper. That’s the only complaint I have with this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and clean. The pool was great on a hot day. The staff are always friendly. This is the place we stay when visiting family.

The stay wasn’t long enough. No fault of the hotel.

Clean, quiet and good /safe location

Breakfast ended at 9:30 instead of the usual 10 AM per most hotels. The breakfast employee was very rude about us walking in a little late. We knew she had to clean so we grabbed it quickly and got out of her way but she made sure to rudely inform us that “breakfast is over” and attempt to shoo us away. you would think she would have been happy to see the food get eaten rather than wasted.
