The customer service at the Wyndham Garden in Texarkana is ALWAYS fantastic. Roc is very helpful, highly skilled, and has a great attitude! He goes above and beyond to meet any request that I have, and has yet to fail! Roc also excels in providing a prompt and efficient check-in/check-out every time we stay! The Wyndham Garden has become my go-to place. I travel through Texarkana every other weekend and have not/will not stay anywhere else in this town. Breakfast is always fantastic! Guests have several options to choose from including, biscuits and gravy, grits/oatmeal, waffles, several selections of cereal, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, and coffe. Peanut butter, jelly, butter, and several other condiments are available. The beds are super comfortable! Working air conditioner in every room. Working television, microwave, and refrigerator in every room. Housekeeping takes pride in their work, leaving nothing untouched to ensure top notch cleanliness. Overall, I highly recommend Wyndham Garden, Texarkana, because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. I have NEVER had a bag experience of any kind at the Wyndham Garden. As I previously mentioned, Roc and the rest of the staff members are dedicated to not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of their guests. You WILL NOT regret staying here!

It was convenient. We stayed 2 nights. Staff was pleasant. Pool is nice. Breakfast is adequate, but would have been nice to have some oj.

Rooms are small. Beds hard. I've never been in a hotel room that uses a sheet for a bedspread. Ice machines were on other floors. None on ours. No towels at pool. Had to use room towels. Was not offered more towels when I approached the front desk about it. No juice or fruit at breakfast.

The staff were super friendly. Even the lady that was sweeping the floors near the check in desk greeted us warmly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Had a good night’s stay.

The bathroom didn’t have a trash can and the hair dryer looked out of place. It wasn’t a built in model. It was just a regular hair dryer plugged in but the cord was held up by staples in the wall and then kind of hung up near the bottom of the sink.

I like that the receptionist was nice and attentive. Our room was clean, everything looked wiped down recently.

When we arrived all trash cans were overflowing with garbage. The first thing you notice while walking on the sidewalk are curtains that look very old, so old that you can see spiderwebs and dead bugs. The property (and everything inside) can use some TLC, only one elevator works (and has painters tape holding control panels. Everything in our room vas old and damaged, but smelled clean. Also, no bible.

Everything was just about what I expected, having stayed there before except, I believe the room had new carpet. The room was very comfortable. I like the idea of an easy chair in the room. It made the stay a lot more comfortable after a 650 mile drive.

Both elevators working would have been a plus. Only one was functional.

Enright about this place for the most part was fairly pleasant.

Property rejects its locals. You never know what life events come up to have to stay in a room for the night. I understand not all local guest are ideal for buisness given the location, but to turn away honest natives and refuse stays to the very people who's city you do buisness in is crazy.

They had no handicap rooms available that my confirmation was for they continued to try and find one and did

Room 107 the door would not latch and room 118 did not have a bar in the tub but did find 617 which was a great room, until I showered. Water was all over the bathroom floor. I called the front desk and someone came up and mopped it all up

I thought the customer service was amazing the young man was very nice. He was very respectful. I was shocked because at this age most are rude and not speaking.

I didn't like the way she was rude to me in hall when asked for towels.

Clean facilities,friendly staff. Facilities more than met our needs for this stay at an affordable price.

Elevators are slow at best.

All staff was very helpful, I've stayed here at this location months ago you can see that there is new staff that want to work at this location everyone is so respectful and nice .
