The property was very clean with the exception of the huge water roach I found crawling from the ceiling to the wall from the first stay.

The huge water roach crawling from the ceiling to the wall in the bathroom on our first stay. The ice machine didn’t work and the little guy said the repair guy was coming the next day to fix. Ended up staying again two days later and the ice machine still didn’t work. Then we were in a whole different room and guess what, no roach but some little flies and some black worm looking things. Needless to say this hotel is clean but they may need to get an exterminator out there to get all these creatures out. Too nice of a hotel for a Days Inn to have all these bugs in the rooms.

It was very well lit in the parking lot. Inside smelled clean and fresh, not only in the lobby, but also the elevator and rooms. There were security cameras everywhere, which made the space feel very secure even though it was tucked off by itself. The rooms were well stocked and personnel were beyond friendly.

The toilet paper is the lowest grade. I usually travel with my own, but we stayed there only to attend a wedding that was about 50 minutes away from where we live, so I didn't think much of it. The tubs are a bit slippery and could use something to make it more secure while showering.

Property was impecable.Location was excellent

Stayed at this location recently for 5 nights while in Tomball for a graduation. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well-maintained and in a quiet location. Staff was very friendly and responsive. A great hotel for the price point. Close to downtown Tomball where there are plenty of cute shops to visit!

The breakfast is nothing special..usual hotel fare minus any eggs.

I enjoyed the stay very much. Ur checkin person was very nice and alert.. Ur accommodations met every need. I didnt have to ask for anything, it was already provided in the room, iron, microwave, fridge, blowdryer, coffee maker.....beds were comfy and everything was so clean. I highly recommend this days inn. Keep up the good work.

The only thing that was a little Eh was price of the one night I stayed. It was a little high. But maybe because of the festival that was going on tht weekend.

The people who work at Days Inn in Tomball, TX are always very nice. The room has been clean every time we’ve stayed there.

The breakfast selection was pretty bare bones and our room was cleaned one time during our Monday-Friday stay. I have seen the signs that tell guests to request housekeeping service but I would like for clean towels to be placed in the room and the trash removed at least every other day without having to ask.

This is a brand new hotel and we loved how clean and new everything was. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and stayed for 3 nights. The location was perfect and we were greeted with a smile upon checking in. The young lady working the front desk was so polite and respectful. There isn't much for restaurants right next to it, but just a drive down the road there are a few options. The beds were super comfortable. We'd definitely book here again!

We had to request the trash to be taken out and new towels multiple times before anyone came. We are pretty laid back and easy to please, but had asked early in the morning while on our way out for a baseball game (at 730am) and when we came back at noon, no one had come by our room. Called the front desk and asked again. Finally around 4pm, someone showed up. Honestly though, it was such a small inconvenience to us compared to the all the great attributes of the hotel. The free breakfast is just a typical cereal, bagel/muffin, yogurt, waffle maker type breakfast. We'd 100% book here again.

Very Friendly staff. Hotel was very clean and room was well stocked with the items needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed at. We were there for a baseball tournament. When back in the area I will be staying there again.

Breakfast was good. I would of like to had eggs ,sausage and or bacon. Just a limited breakfast item but I like that I could grab food at hotel then to have and make another stop. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was not a deal breaker for me.

Location to dining and anywhere we needed to go. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Only thing I could say that could improve would be the breakfast. Nothing fancy but, got the job done. Not really a negative since it was better than some other hotels I stayed with. Would stay here again for sure.

The comfort of the beds and the well stocked and clean rooms

Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. When we did the TV would loose signal and you would have to channel surf to get back to the show. The TV would work 5 min or 2 min. Just a pain in the rear when you just wanted to chill. A few weeks ago we stayed in the same room and TV worked great. This would not keep me from staying there again. As we usually don't spend a lot of time at the hotel.
