Staff friendly, pool looked clean.

Bathtub needs to be converted to the walk in type, very steep stepping in for Seniors. Bottom of the tub way too slippery. We had to put a towel in the tub to shower safely. Housekeeper left lots of Hair in shower and on the floor. What I tasted of the breakfast was OK. Maybe more flavor, more variety with the type of eggs and type of meat. But all in all edible. To the Manager, 'if you were made aware', is what I'm seeing, and 2019 remodeled. Now to 2025 we're letting you know 😊.

Comfortable bed and big clean room but gym is very small, had broken workout equipment and water fountain that shot water 3 feet away (no joke). Property is dated but room was overall quite decent except for broken book light by bed over nightstand on my side. We return to Tomball in 2 weeks to watch another cross country meet and will stay here again. It's best price for place with overall good reviews in the area. Had to leave very early so didn't get to try the breakfast.

This is my go to for weather emergencies, in this area we lose power, I am on dialysis and only one center near me has a generator and it's 2 minutes away from this hotel. They have breakfast in the morning and are always patient (since I'm always there during hurricanes ect, I notice :)

It could use updating, but the price is reasonable so not a big deal. There is a weight room and pool on site,

It was comfortable, quiet, and has a Mexican restaurant across from it that makes the ambiance better. The checkin clerk that night was efficient and very kind and spoke to me like she was happy to have me staying there. Great customer service.

Had a breakfast in the morning with waffles and eggs and sausage. We had a first floor room which was nice. Everything was clean, people were friendly.

Pillows weren't that comfortable in bed was kind of hard, but I really think that is just perspective. Someone else may think it was perfectly comfortable but it was clean. The only thing that wasn't super clean were the floors were stained where the carpet is.

Nothing really, but there was only one young lady working when we checked in. She was pleasant and helpful , but was having a little trouble with checking us in. May not have been her fault at all.

We enjoyed a wide variety of healthy items to choose from. Served in clean environment and comfortable setting. Very friendly staff and prompt service. Cleaning staff very friendly.

I didnt get up on time for the breakfast. I didnt have time for the pool our daughter had heart surgery we were taking care of her and our grandchildren.

room was really nice and big and roomy and clean. bed was soft and had nice pillow which is a big deal for me because i usually travel with my personal pillow and couldn't this trip. my neck didn't bother me all wk! Very pleased with friendly staff and great room. Very clean and well maintained. has exercise room and small indoor pool. had a great almost wk long stay!
