Came here with my Rottweiler. Everyone was so loving towards us. We were initially on the 7th floor but due to other patrons being super scared of my dog, we asked to be moved to the 1st floor so we wouldn't struggle so much with using the elevator. We were accommodated very quickly. All of the staff was absolutely amazing, especially the Manager.
There is a lot of people with only 1 entrance and only 1 elevator, so 8 floors of people having to share is kind of a nuisance. I believe the 2nd elevator is down for construction, but if there were more entrances than having to constantly use the lobby, that would be great!

Rooms were very clean, tge staff helpful and nice. The entire property was well maintained and clean. The pool was wonderful. One of the cleanest and have ever seen. They gave a separate kiddy pool which is nice.
That the only in hotel breakfast option is a $10-15 breakfast buffet which is limited during week.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very relaxing when I checked in
4 night visit. Trash overflowed and bathroom needed cleaning 2 days in a row. Had to ask for trash to be emptied. I was told they were short handed but my room was cleaned properly after I requested. All in all a good stay

Very friendly, helpful staff. I was traveling alone to my sister's funeral, and they helped to brighten things up for me. Second visit, and if I'm ever in Tyler again, I will definitely stay there.
There was only one thing that was lacking. That was the selection of microwavable dinners, food, in the shop by the desk. Small selection and not so great tasting frozen entrees. It would have been nice to see fresh fruit, yogurt, pre- made sandwiches. (No food served in lounge after 9 p.m.)

Location and clean
Front sign was not lite up so it was hard to find where to turn into off the main road. When checking in the female staff member was not friendly. The male staff member that was not checking us in was very helpful and friendly.

Overall stay was a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean. With a little work my a/c was cold. Beds and pillows were comfortable and not to hard. I would return here for another stay if I was in town.
Breakfast used fake eggs for breakfast. Etable for some and some family members didn't eat them. Location of the hotel is a little tough to navigate especially if traffic is busy.

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Tyler Conference Center was great. It was clean and seemed to be regularly well kept.
I will definitely say the location felt a bit tight in the parking area, and there are times when charter busses block the entrance, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was polite, very nice and willing to accommodate anything you needed. This hotel in the only hotel with a shuttle. Which the driver was so nice and informative about things to do and history of the town.

We would get a knock on the door every morning around 9:45am from housekeeping so they could clean the room. We know we were heard at the door… why would they still knock.

everything!! beautiful lobby, restraunt, pool area, rooms, pet friendly our pets are family too, the staff was very kind and comforting
wish the dining prices were cheaper and maybe have free complimentary breakfest like other hotels
