the candlewood cupboard, the rooms are clean, and it is quiet

I understand that we are all adults, but perhaps a kiosk or something where people could sign up at a certain time to use the washer and dryers? And maybe guest could sign up for optional reminders? Like calling the room, cell #, text, or something to remind them that their laundry is complete. With a disclaimer or additional charge if an employee has to transfer or remove their laundry. At the very least, have each guest wanting to do laundry take a number and a way to reach them and remind them. I personally set a timer because I don’t want to hold anyone up from doing their laundry NOR do I want to be held up from doing laundry. if this process is implemented the employees should get a raise in their pay or increased benifits DEFINITELY

So long as ur quiet and clean there aren’t any issues. there is a gazebo out back that allows smoking and has a grill. and they never run out of doggy bags to pick up after your pet. we saved money by making use of the kitchen

I didn’t know they had a washer and dryer facility out back. they didn’t advertise it.

The staff were eager to help, it was clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, and overall we were happy to have booked here! I brought my mother down for a weekend of shopping and I wanted her somewhere close to where I live. Candlewood is within walking distance from my apartment and other places like Applebee’s, Outback, and a nail salon to name a few. They have a gas grill and gazebo on site too. Since it is an extended stay hotel, when receiving new towels you have to take it down to the front lobby and exchange them. They accept pets and even have a pet walking area, although I did not bring my dog. They come equipped with a full kitchen too! I recommend this to anyone and will bring my family with me next time!

I didn’t like how I had to go exchange towels, usually places you go deliver them to you. But it really was no big hassle because the staff were very polite and helpful.

They have extra cutlery, pots and pans, blenders, and more available if you didn’t have enough room to pack and bring yours. Board games for you and the fam! They are very thoughtful of your pets- with a very tidy pet area! we enjoyed our stay very much!

Clean room good sc kitchenette staff

Bookings.com charged me a higher price than what I clicked on.

I liked that this hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly! We had a great stay here and will be back. This place is in a very convenient location in Tyler.

No complaints.

Great sized rooms, bigger then expected. Great hotel for people with kids. Across the street from a very nice park and trails and behind a large strip center with plenty of food options. Hotel was quiet and the area its in is very nice with no loud street noise at night.

Limited amenities(maybe due to covid, not sure) lobby and on site shop were very small and the gym was no existent. I knew it didn't have a pool, but a pool would've been nice. ACs in room were a little hard to figure out, the first night they didn't cool and it was very humid in the room but after we figured out the settings it was tolerable. The key card machine had broken so we had to be let into our room by the front desk staff the first day, they were pleasant so only a mild annoyance.

Nice convenient place to stay.
