Building & pool surroundings dirty. Front door entrance & door mat. Door had food drippings. Room:walls & ceiling peeling; moldy smell; dingy dirty looking towels. Need news bath towels. Laundry room was dirty.

The shower head and plus the water pressure was inadequate. No coffee cups in the room. No wash cloths.

The location is perfect and the ease of navigation inside the hotel is nice.

The Hotel was two blocks away from our main destination, and easily accessible from the Main Road! After our check in and a rest the Ladies Staff Members were very Friendly and Apreciative of our being customers!

The Staff member who checked us in was not very cordial, despite being advised that my wife was handicapped, by telling us there was NO other room of the type we booked, especially on the ground floor, and told us our room on the 2nd Floor would be okay, as far as accessible, because they had an elevator! I bit my tongue when tempted to query as to what then, if the elevator broke down!!! The Ofice Chair at the Desk/Table (the only one in the room) was falling apart and shedding black material all over us when we sat in it. Thus carried all over the room and bathroom!! We ended up spending more time sitting on the bed!! The Shower/Tub was very slow to drain!

Male desk clerk at checkin was useless...problem with room phone, his attitude was too bad!!! Vending machines non functional...if he were my employee I would have fired him. other staff were fine.

The price was good for the short stay.

The top lock was broken. Felt a little unsafe.

The people were friendly and the price was good for what we needed.

The room wasn't super clean. I had read the reviews so took cleaning supplies. There was pubic hair in the shower and there was nastiness on the headboard. I cleaned the areas that we would use the most like the bathroom , headboard and desk area and of course the remote. We took our own blankets so we didn't use their bedding. The chair was peeling horribly. We stayed because we came prepared which we do ever since we had a bad experience at a 5 star hotel. So if you don't mind cleaning a little bit to secure your own level of comfort then I would recommend. I do think that the cleaning people could do more especially since at first it was only 2 rooms in the whole hotel being used.
